That is the Way I would describe my iSticks when I charge them.
About the Same Temperature as an 18650 Battery when charged on my Nitecore Charger. Maybe a Tad Warmer because there is Less Airflow around the Battery in the istick. But Not Much more.

My Isticks barely get warm when charging with a 1 amp charger. Finish seems to be holding pretty well on my silver, the red/purpleish pink is to new yet to say much.
Was some interest in the build of the Erlkonigin, just rewicked it here are a few shots .26 gauge 1 ohm coil with KGD cotton cut at an angle perfect, simple build no low saturation/dry hits even when running high power, no flooding simple top filling great air flow. Has quickly become my favorite atomizer, flavor is best of all my various atties, including kayfun, Taifun, Rose, etc. specs say 8ml capacity, haven't measured it, 32 grams super light!
As I previously stated this guy really is a nice match for the istick.

Think Im going to order the Erl clone to go along with the istick I ordered so its nice to see that you like it. What is the vapor production like, is it very close to a Kayfun?
I really like the looks of the Erlkonigin with the iStick. Thinking of picking up the one with the stainless drip tip from FT.
FT has three different s/u's, can't really see much difference for the price differences tho. Guess I'd just get the one with the SS drip tip tho, but would like the extra O-rings.
DH, I think you should write him again and tell him about it. That is so wrong!VapeNW on ebay is who sent me the wrong one, after leaving it out of the package with the original shipment then almost refusing to send it to me at all. I finally get it and it's the wrong adapter. I wanted to get the new adapter with the knurling to make it easier to use.
I'm going to pout for a while.

Build for build vapor production is pretty close, maybe a bit better on the Erl, probably mostly due to increased air flow.

Ya, noticed that as well, maybe he mis-read, mine certainly won't fire @.9 ohms. I had a build on my spheroid which came in about .98 and it would fire sometimes, but only when it was apparently rounded to 1 ohm, and registered as such on the display, slight movement of the Atomizer and it would bounce .9, 1ohm, and only fire when it hit 1 ohm.
I have a question. The Isticks on eBay they say they come with a 510 adapter, but I thought they were 510 threaded. Do they come with an ego adapter?

Yeah I did, China FAIL! It is a very nicely made clone, the deck is even supposed to be real Ematal coating, unfortunately they cheaped out on the tank, chose to slide the quartz tank into the SS shell, and squirt a little silicon into it to seal it up, needless to say leaks like a sieve!
The seller I got it from has already contacted his supplier, and supposedly they will be shipping replacement tanks with O-rings as the original, about 3 weeks from now. While I wait I've removed the crappy silicon, at least as much as possible, tank won't come out, so I've got to figure out a way to seal it up. Working on it now. At least I should be able to use it until the replacement eventually arrives.
As for twisted420's firing below an ohm I have no idea, neither of the two I have will, and I've tried, as stated even @ .98 neither of mine will.

Nope.
It's a 510 to ego adapter.
I built a dual coil in my RDA @ .9 ohm and it would not fire on the istick.
Mine won't fire .9 either. I had a freshly built twisted micro coil on it today that registered 1.1 ohm. But once I fired it to heat and compress the new coil the ohms displayed dropped to .9 and it wouldn't fire after that.
I have never tried on mine but I was curious because he looked at the screen and said it was 0.9 ohms then vaped it. Was thinking it might be a different version, I"ve seen another reviewer see the firmware version which I cannot do..
