aah! that gives me an idea! usually, when people are not happy with a device they will try and sell it ;) so ........... how come isticks are showing up rarely in the classies? apparently, offerings are so scarce members are now searching for used ones in threads! :D

bikenstein, don't form an opinion until you have the istick in your hand! maybe it'll be the right gift after all ;)

For the love of god where are all the used isticks lol, cant find one, thought people would be selling the 20 watts being the 30 an 50 coming

For me, it's not worth enough to make the hassle of selling it worthwhile. I'll PIF it when the occasion arises.

Who was commenting on the madvapes connector board? Alden?
I was on their site today.
The board is $0.89. 1 in my cart only offered Fedex @ $9.xx shipping
I had to go to 4 ea in my cart to get USPS shipping @ $2.46 for a total of $6.02 for the $0.89 item that I wanted. I don't need it, it would just be nice to have if/when I do...
That's not unrealistic if you need it, but really, throw it in an envelope.

I used to love Madvapes when Hoogie was the go-to for modders. He changed course, and well, .....He's doing well.

I hear a lot about the threads stripping on this device. On mine it seems to be rounding the threads of my fake kayfun. Anyone else experience that? The threads on the istick look fine to me.
I don't see where they can be so soft they are easily stripped and still be hard enough to wear your Kayfun Clone out. It could be that they have used connecters purchased from different suppliers or from different stock. I've been told not to jump to conclusions about it before I get mine. I'm gonna try it out and see for myself. If it's good, I'll keep it if not I"ll find somebody that wants a pink one and give it to em.

You can "lock" the screen on the new ones if you have a problem

I hope we get these new functions nailed down before everyone orders and receives them. I just read about some other functions in another thread that I hadn't heard of before. Some of this stuff starts on a vendor website.... The mini is a good example, that buyers thought it was going to have all of the functions of the 20W. It won't read my Ohms!! We are going to need new threads! Maybe an istick device specific area.

Has anyone had experience with shipping from VapeNW? I ordered an istick Friday the 2cd and there is no tracking info yet. The order status reads complete.

Got my first iStick from them on ebay, by the time I had the tracking number it was at my local sorting facility. Many have had good luck ordering from them, I will order from them again for sure.

I've never purchased the spacer. But I remember reading a post where someone called Madvapes and they just threw a spacer or two in an envelope for her.

I don't need one either, but when I saw it, I wanted to see the guts. ;) Why did they put that there??!

They're probably using the switches included on the PCB with external buttons. The display and PCB, sit directly below the adjustment buttons behind the black acrylic strip.
