Thanks everyone. I'd read they run hot, as does my MVP. I was just worried that if it ran a lot hotter than my MVP I'd be disappointed. I'll maybe pick up one of each. Thanks again.

the istick does run hot....in it's lower settings esp....so when it reads 3v it's really closer to 4v....at higher settings it evens out more....but even with this "flaw" for the size, battery life and price it's worth it :D

Still love my 1.7ohm cartos (in tanks) but my iStick sure doesn't. They work but the life is greatly reduced vs using them on my MVP. If i "break them in" first on the MVP its appear to be better.

Kinda lovin the Nautilus now. The iStick runs it just fine for my tastes.

I'd like to switch to the Naughty also, since it's a hybrid carto, but waiting until they sort out the controversy.
Then again, I'm not sure regular carto ingredients have ever been certified as safe.

What's wrong with the 20w? Did I just order a dud for my wife?

Well, wife's gone to visit her Mom and guess what? She left her stick on the charger. I don't know why she's chargin it cause it was only 2 bars down after 2 days. I guess just habit. That seems a long time for the battery to last. Of course she is usin her VV3 too with another flavor. Anyway, Im gonna do some more "testing" with it today :)

Thanks. Ill have to look into it. I took the coil out and it clearly states DC 2.5 on it. I'll have to make sure that it won't ruin my mod.

I don't have the original BVC since the guy who set up my mod and tank replaced it with the 2.5. He kept the 1.8. Now I think he did it to keep for himself. I'm going to ask him to return it. Problem is that he lives upstate by my parents so I'll have to have him ship it.

Rachel, I think the guy who set up your tank may prefer dual coils and may have thought he was doin you a favor putting one in. I've read good comments on both. I'm building a vertical coil in my Rose today to see if I can get it to breathe better. It's really goin to depend on your individual preference in the end.

Thank you for all your help. I would be curious what your experience is once you build your VC.

    Thanks again :)

Yeah, I'm holding out for the 50w. I already have a Cloupor Mini and Beyang on order. I'm developing a too large collection and have little space for them all. I'm definitely in need of a larger vape stand. And table to put them on. LOL.

I'd like to know more about that Beyang.

If you do get an istick skip the 20w go for the 30, stainless steel threads and spring loaded 510

And...for those who whine about "the iStick won't go low enough"...from the Eleaf specs...

    20W iStick 3.0V-5.5V, 6W-20W

    30W iStick 2.0V-8.0V, 5W-30W

    Eleaf IStick 30 Watt

I've seen the YouTube on the Beyang but haven't run across a place to buy one.

Happen to have a link handy???

Thanks for posting this, Bike. Never saw this company. Now that's a great price.
BTW If we're starting another poll- I vote BVC.
Evape.us has Nautilus coils for $9.95 and free shipping on $25 orders. They are a good source for Aspire tanks and coils. Have used them a lot with zero problems.
