I recently bought the smok m50 but after it arrived I felt is was slightly too thick and big. One part of me thought I was just over thinking because I used to have the istick 20 until it croaked on me. I threw it away so I couldnt compare. Anyways I recently ordered the istick 30 watt and it was confirmed. The istick really got their dimensions right. It just FEELs perfectly small and even though the m50 is only sllliiightly larger, it feels too big. Here is a picture of them side by side. SO happy with the istick 30. The pin feels GREAT. The istick 20 pin with my spheroid left a gap, but the new one sits flush. Just lovely!!

Yeah, eleaf nailed the form factor. It was long over due. I wonder if Nicowolf has seen it?

My 30W has made it to Illinois! Right on time for delivery on Wednesday.... if it makes it out of that sort facility that deals with Eastern deliveries... they are usually slower than the other sort facility that handles the South and West.

You know that watching your package at 01:25 AM is probably indicative of a vaping disorder... right? Just like me noticing that you were tracking your order at 01:25 Am.....
goodnight.

Helloooooooooooo, Fergie. :)

Hi my cheer me up girl. I spent 6 hours in emergency yesterday night/morning. Thought I was having a stroke, heart checked out OK but the right side of my face is partially paralyzed (Bells Palsy) got a gazillion pills to take for it. Old soldiers never die; they just fade away." ;)

I placed my order with Evape on 1/10. It's now night of 1/13, and I'm still staring at a Shipping Label Created status at the USPS tracking site.

Update: hold the presses. I made an order on 1/10 and one on 1/11. The 1/11 is flowing. Maybe they merged the orders for me into one.
To be continued.

I ordered a 30W stick from them early yesterday morning. Checked the tracking a few minutes ago and it's at the USPS facility in Philadelphia now.

Sounds very unpleasant but better than a stroke!
Be well.

Maybe they would have to make the top cap thicker for air channels pointing away from the device?

I still think Eleaf's primary purpose for the bending adapter was ultimately an easy way to deal with the threading issues many were having; a solution, btw, that Eleaf made a profit on... This, says the pessimist in me.

They DID have the adapter ready pretty darn quickly. I thought that right aways also.

Just gave my Istick a little makeover using vinyl wrap - took it apart first.

Not sure if this was posted yet-- pretty comprehensive review of the mini. The more I see of this lil fella the more I think I want one. Nice tiny emergency back up when out and about

I can't get by the height/Mah ratio. If it was 1300 at least...(altho I'm sure to buy one anyhows eventually).

And the 50. people don't listen

    Forgive my scepticism.....

    Do you remember this?

I'm even surprised about its existence, yet...... that video remains on Youtube as permanent monument to something.......:)

If any eLeaf, iSmoka, Joyetech representative, or their associated vendors, says so, well, I won't believe it until I personally can check it or a reliable source confirms it, without hesitation or doubts......

Because I've read reports about the 30W being also mean calculated for their power output, or that compared with normal VW the 30W also goes warm (at the proper resistances, those which force the mod to go down in voltage), and also reports of being normal (i.e., appears to be RMS or even a pure DC output).

The 'official' statement read before about the 'combination' of RMS and DC output is, to say the least, difficult to understand from the technical point of view. It is PWM or DC, and only in the first case the voltage can be RMS, mean, convoluted or curly...... your choice (well, eLeaf's, actually). If it is DC, no RMS/mean/shape-whatever-you-like-dude applies, because it is a plain, boring continuum output, i.e., constant. Can't be both, except if the mod combines (actually, in truth) both modes depending of the voltage output.....

Let's say, below battery voltage it is PWM, but over it it is DC...... But nobody has published even the slimmest oscilloscope trace, everybody is comparing (qualitatively) outputs with normal VW mods, and taking for granted the 'official statement'....... like this one?

Most daringly, some have reported the same output from a DNA30 and the iStick 30 W...... near the 30 W setting. That's useless, dudes, it is in the low range of power where the 20W iStick sucks...... and where we all need to know what exactly do the newcomers........

I'm afraid I've got up in my grumpy form....let's metamorphose........

Very good point. I'm still shocked the company tried to claim the istick doesn't run hot at low settings. Ridiculous.

I honestly had not heard about this. So what is exactly different/worse about the iStick, compared to a DNA30 at say 15 watts? (honestly curious, not being a jerk here lol)
