A Slight increase of Ohms is Pretty Common as the Coil Wire becomes coated with "Gunk".
Your not imagining things. I too have found a few times a day I'll hit the button and nothing happens. Started vaping at 7am and it's happened twice today. Who knows.
dwg64 and DaveOno ... I've been experiencing the hit-less click as well. It's probably happened 3 or 4 times each on both my iSticks. I stop and check myself thinking I wasn't directly on the button. But I have to say that this has happened to me on all my batteries, sticks and MVP before. Don't know that it's happening more so on the iStick.
SG ... are your BVCs consistently showing 1.8 ohms on this iStick? Mine have all been 1.8 to 2.0 ... not that I mind higher ohms it's just a curiosity. The one I have in now was 1.8 when I installed it, 1.9 after the first re-fill and 2.0 after the second re-fill. This just gets curiouser and curiouser!
Mine does the same thing. The flavor also gets better with age IMOOne of the reasons that I made the statement that i had 2.1 ohm BVCs for my Nautilus pages back in this thread. It truly was 2.1 at the time.
I use mine all day and charge it when I go to bed whether it needs it or not. I vape from 6-10 mls per day depending on how my day goes. 7-8 watts on 1.8 BVC
Who is using the iStick with a Nautilus Mini and how do u like it? pics?
2.5ohm Nitro, and 2.8ohm Boge slotted (I'm a carto guy, remember) and I'm loving the istick. So, I ordered two more.
Just don't think I could vape out of a tank with a penis cut out on it.
I put a Piece of Black Electrical Tape over the Watt/Volt Display.
So the Only way I can Tell if the Hit I am Getting is Good or Bad is by the Taste of the Hit. And Not the Number on the Screen.
And for the 2.8 Ohm CE2's I run on My iStick, it Tastes Great.

Ditto here. I "think" it's because we're not pressing right in the middle of the button. But I can never get the iStick to replicate this behavior.I have had it happen to me a few times so far. Possibly once a day.
I did my usual, unscrewed my atomizer to refill, and when I screwed it back on, it would not fire. It was screwed on too tight, but the thing is, it wasnt too tight, the only way it would fire was to unscrew it to the point that my atomizer wasnt even securely screwed on.
Interestingly enough, my Spheroid did about the same thing on my Istick, worked fine on everything else, Mechs, RDNA, Cloupor, SX-350, and a few others.
For those that use this will their Nautilus Mini (noob question incoming) what are you guys doing for both V and W?
