Ok well even if it stays the same down to 20% of remaining batt charge, I suppose that's not too bad for the price.

I Don't want to Suppose, because there has been a Lot of that in this thread.

But It Wouldn't surprise me if the Output remained Constant (Either High, Low, VARG, VRMS, or something In Between) for the Entire Capacity of the Battery.

I Don't Like to run my batteries down to the Point where the APV will Not Fire. But I guess if I can Poke an Energized Circuit Board in the Name of Science, I can see what happens at < 20%.

I'll report back Later on what I see. But it will Be Tomorrow. Because a Full Charge lasts me More than a 1 Solar Cycle.

3 days sounds really good. Then again, how much juice would you estimate you vaped during that period?
Also, have you (or anyone) noticed if the strength of the hit stay the same till near dead?

Hey Mort ... I average about 3-4mls a day and tend to like it around 3.7 - 4.2 volts (yes, I use volts, couldn't care if watts was even an option) depending on which juice it is. The juice goes a lot faster in the Naughty mini and I'm also using EVOD tanks with the 510 adapter. Strength of the hit stays the same for me on both devices throughout the cycle.

That's plenty good enough!
I vape about 2 mils a day in a Naughty Mini at 4.4 volts. Who knows - I might even get 4 -5 days out of that puppy... when I get one.

I still didn't do that voltmeter test. But it is an old Radioshaft meter, sitting in the basement for 16 years since last use. Replaced it with better digital stuff.

But I don't think I care. It vapes great. It can go lower than I'd care to vape at. And it can go higher than I care to vape at. It works on every tank but one, and with the adapter, it works, too. As I've said, I have the adapter and a nice heavy beauty ring on, even though I'm using a 510 Naughtiette. (nautilus mini) for the nice finger grip.

It hits as hard off the charger until the puff just before the charger. Charged it 2 times since Thursday 25th (5 days ago) and it's at about 60% bat indicated.

It has been flawless. I couldn't care less about wave shapes, or avg/rms... It has more adjustment range than I'll need. From a 1.3 ohm to a 2.8 ohm tank. And I don't hear any reptile sounds.

There's only 2 negatives so far. Sometimes I swear I hit the button, felt the click, but it didn't fire. This has happenned maybe twice a day. I don't count puffs, but I'll guesstimate 1 in one hundred. And it could be me.

The other negative is big. All you guys bought all the stock out and it's out of stock everywhere and I have several people who want them!!!

(and I was one of them!!!)

Sage, thanks for convincing me to buy this. I am one happy guy!!!

For those that use this will their Nautilus Mini (noob question incoming) what are you guys doing for both V and W? I tend to use my Naut+MVP with around 4.7 V and 10 W......but I have virtually no clue what I'm doing. Is there an ideal range on the istick+Naut combo that seems to be ideal that you've found?

I usually just do trial and error :) But just curious what you guys usually do for most liquids.

i actually got this for my wife.. she's beginning her quit smoking journey but has had the benefit of watching me go along and i've had the benefit of seeing what works and what doesn't.

just curious, how well do kayfuns sit atop this little guy as she's already complaining about the downfalls of the evods/protanks/etc she inherited and grabs my kayfun/ipv2 all the time. i suppose i will find out in a few days once the order arrives.

Well, it depends of course of the ohms of the coil in naut mini. (1.8 ohms) is standard on those coils.
But for the most part, the only thing that really matters, is the taste and/or the vapor that you like.
If it's working great at 4.8 volts for you, then that is your (range) ...lol.
You just keep bumping up voltage to your liking basically.

Trial and error is probably the best way for you to do it. Adjust it up and down till you find the sweet spot in the middle. Even with the same mod, same tank/atty, you'll find people's preferences all over the place. It also depends on the juice and how folks vape and how they like the vape to feel/taste.

Your preference is similar to mine. I usually do 4.4 volts on the Nautilus Mini but I can easily enjoy 4.7 as well.

As far as I can tell they don't mark up hardly at all on most stuff. They just can't buy at the kind of volume that would allow steep discounts. And they've been great since I first walked in, so...

There's plenty of stuff I buy online, too, so why not spread it around a little.

1) In general, you want to support b&m stores because you want them to be there, in your neighborhood, when you need them.

2) When you buy local, you don't have shipping charges. That is part your price. You may have sales tax (depending on where you live) but that will generally be less than the shipping charges would have been.

3) With something like the iStick, which is selling out everywhere and which won't restock locally for a bit (thanks to the Chinese holiday and the trouble in Hong Kong), the fact that it is available in your neighborhood is an added bonus. Grab it!

Good point. I just keep thinking that there is something ideal that would save me the trial and error; especially since I try a new liquid a few times a week. But if it aint broke, don't fix it I guess. Much thanks.

Exactly. Get my BVC'S online cause waay cheaper, but they don't mark up juice, so I only buy the ones they don't carry online. As for hardware, yer darn tootin' I'm picking it up tonight. [emoji2]

Your not imagining things. I too have found a few times a day I'll hit the button and nothing happens. Started vaping at 7am and it's happened twice today. Who knows.

I use mine all day and charge it when I go to bed whether it needs it or not. I vape from 6-10 mls per day depending on how my day goes. 7-8 watts on 1.8 BVC

SG ... are your BVCs consistently showing 1.8 ohms on this iStick? Mine have all been 1.8 to 2.0 ... not that I mind higher ohms it's just a curiosity. The one I have in now was 1.8 when I installed it, 1.9 after the first re-fill and 2.0 after the second re-fill. This just gets curiouser and curiouser!
