Vapor Outlet? What's the nightmare?
That's the one. They created a shipping label on the 22nd. No sign of it ever being scanned in to usps. This is after I had to change from blue to silver because when I ordered it said in stock but truly wasn't. They said silver was available I made the switch. They say it was shipped I see no proof. Just not feeling the love right now lol

I went with the silver on the 22nd. Then they raised the price later in the day. They have it marked as "shipped" in ebay but I didn't get a shipped email or tracking number either. I wasn't really expecting it before tomorrow, but I hope it really has shipped. How do you know they created a shipping label?

Phil Busardo just sent an email telling me he is trying to get an istick now!!!

I'm interested in seeing the review as well.

I found a video from Phil that gives me some insight into what you are asking.
A PBusardo Video - PWM, Vrms, And Moving Forward
I think what you are hinting at and of particular interest regarding the istick is around 6:40 in the vid.

He has a scope that costs well beyond what I need for my purposes. I occasionally do analog waveform analysis for go/no go testing. Accuracy isn't really needed for that either.

I actually got a tracking# it just doesn't show as ever being scanned by usps anywhere. uploadfromtaptalk1411605486406.jpg

I'm a fairly low voltage/wattage vaper. But, it's just too cute. I pre-ordered a magenta istick. I'll find something to use it with, even if it means ordering something new!

If nothing else, I have some 3 1/2 year old 510 SR cartos that I never did use (or throw away). That should do for starters.

I think I've ordered from the same people. The postage was purchased and then it took a couple of days to start moving from CA. It took a couple more days to get here. No problems.

Just received my 2nd order from NW vape. 1 blue (backup), 1 "red" for the wife (looks purpley to me), and 1 black one for a friend/co-worker. Mailed out of Wash. on Monday......and it's here in Crappy Connecticut..... TODAY!:toast:

Wow, that was quick, Kevin! The red is raspberry ;) i went in on a group preorder and got them super cheap but, I wish that I had bought one for now. I hate to go without mine while it is charging.

Yes, ma'am, a DIY VAMO box mod about the size of a VS. The VAMO chipset is perhaps the best bang-for-your-buck vaping technology created thus far. The value/quality of the actual mod is debatable. But you can purchase the chipset for $10 or the full VAMO v5 for $25 or less. What other $25, regulated mod allows you to vape all day as high as 30w? The only drawback is the sometimes obvious rattlesnaking caused by the unaltered PWM output. I'd pay the extra $5 for a "filtered" output.

All this being said, the iStick is brilliant for the combination of it's size (or lack there of) and it's battery life! This new mod could very well become the new EGO for the entry level through advanced vaper. All the new dual, quad and bottom-vertical coil clearomizers really don't start shining until you hit 11-13w. RTAs really like 11-18w. Only drippers would need a more powerful regulated device or a mech, of course. The iStick could very well become the new standard for 70% of vapers. Two of these should get the heaviest of chain-vapers through an entire day, for $70!

I hope Mr. Busardo can clear all this up for those of us still on the fence. On the other hand, $35 is nothing compared to what I've thrown away on mediocre e-liquids...

Happy vaping!

Thanks, aldenf! And yes, , , 35$ in the life of a vaper is...... welp, not terribly much.

Connecticut's not crappy! It's.... it's...... cozy!

My sentiments exactly! Way too long since I liked something this much. I wish that everyone could experience what we are with ours but, tastes are so different that I seriously doubt that any mod, clearo, carto, atty, etc would ever be 100% for everyone.

From the product description on the eLeaf site, iStick:
How to charge?
iStick is charged through USB port at the bottom. One can take puffs while it is being charged.
iStick supports charging with 1A wall adaptor which is more fast.
Thanks peraspera!

Maybe down the Road the 1W ~ 100W Boards will become affordable to the Average Vaper? And someone will jam one Into an iStick Shell?

Because a True 1W ~ 100W 18650 Mod the Size of the iStick for 40 Bucks would kinda be the Holy Grail of ALL APV's.

Until then, I guess we will have to work with Varients of something like this...

$124.43 Gi 2 Style 100W Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod - 2*18650 / 1-100W / 1.0-5.5V at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
