Well, I finally did order one, just to use with my nautilus, since the nautilus requires a lot higher power than anything else I use, and swapping it around on my VV v3s has been a pin pushing, wattage adjusting annoyance. I figure I can combine the higher tasting output with the long battery life and leave the nautilus base on the Istick when I refill it so I won't be pushing that pin down.

And if all else fails, maybe the MVP3 will have an easier to push button.

I think you're really going to like it with the Nautilus Mini...I'm loving mine...all three of them:laugh:

I've been trying different toppers at different resistances on my iStick since I first received it Friday afternoon. For stealth purposes and pocketability without leaks and because I've got different coils for them I've concentrated on KPT V1's. The 2.5Ω coils with a flavor wick removed have given me the best results. So far I really like this device. It would be the absolutely perfect device if it output something closer to a flat dc voltage.

As it is I've thrown Ohm's law calcs out the window and just adjust to taste. All things considered including the price I love this little thing. Casting aside the technical shortcomings the iStick is a great bang for the buck for the price.

yea Fattles, I have two iSticks. One got scratched so it's my nock around work set up with the full size Nautilus on it. It will last all day. Don't like havin to fill up when I'm out n about. The other one I use at home with the mini naut on it and it stays pristine. I picked up some Nolox today for the one that has scratchy threads. worked like a charm. smooth n silky now. I don't use different tanks so I haven't had any contact - pin issues. I did with my Vamo. The small o ring under the pin takes care of that. Vape on Stickers!

Which one would be the lemon?

If it is a lemon/apple thing, that's a really interesting question....

You can cross-check both against a trusted resistance meter to sort it out.....

If it is a 'different 510 well' or 'different protruding central pole' thing, again a resistance meter will show you which one is inclined to get false readings.... In this case you can also toy with the tightness of the atomizer to get better results.... but the ohm-meter would be the ultimate checking. As long as it does not repeat the problem. After all, the meter also has a 510 and could be plagued by the same problem. But if you have some experience using them, you will notice what is happening under the eGo shirttail of your atomizer.

When I started vaping, I did know this was not going to be as easy as firing up a stinker..... nobody warned me of such a joyful time toying with connectors, electronics, tiny (way too tiny!) coils, and all that jazz....even if you're a heavy long-sightedness like I am....which you might find utterly disheartening now and again, this is a funny hobbie by itself....

... and in the meantime you quit smoking....anybody gives more?

Those look nice, a little family:)

And the paper towel white background is a great idea. My pics of my mods have my messy desk for a background:D

whodat! Thank you so much (for noticing my overt attempt at covering up my OWN messy desk! LOL!). :)

is that a real gold and diamond band on Red:D

But of course, dahlink. ;) She deserves the finest Fleabay has to offer.

So I went to a local vape shop for the first time, I am still new to this, First of all I could barely see the the other side of the shop with the thick layers of vape smoke(?), Anyhow when I tried to have a conversation with the owner, who was the only person in the place, he looked at my iStick & was such a ...., telling me it didnt have enough power for my mini protank 3 & mega & said he was glad to actually have on in his hands so now he knows not to buy any for his stores, He wasnt even trying to push his merchandise, I hate Vape Snobs,, He did have a few good juices though, If I get in a situation that I cant wait for juice, I might go back, Not everybody is trying to blow giant clouds at all times, Screw him I like my iStick, & Id buy another

I use mostly ego connector toppers so I put a 510 to ego adaptor on my iSticks. One came with the eleaf one; I have several plain adapters. No problems with connections and I just dial my wattage for my topper. I don't mind having to do a minor adjustment to settings now and then because I always had to. I basically settle on a setting and build consistent. Doesn't matter to me if I need a lower wattage on my Sticks than other devices; I just set and forget!

He's probably thinking, damn that's too small, no one will think it's worth the $75 I'd charge for it. My local shop wants $120 for basic mechanical mods. Well I take that back, because I went before I knew anything, so I don't remember for sure. But they wanted $45 for a generic 1000mah ego kit with a CE4 and a USB charger (without the wall base port, that was an extra $9). The mech was going for over $100 though.
