I took some snaps at different times one using the 1x lum cell phone cam that didn't come out so well and one other showing a 510 cartimizer ordered after picking up a short and long extension 808 to 510 pair of adapters. The first shows how it looks with a good sized tank on it like the smok T-Dux 4.0 compared to an cig sized ecig intended for a laugh at the time.

The second is a bit clearer showing how that looks with the short adapter and 510 cartimizer on replacing the two pre-filled cartridges next to it.

The idea of a compact ecig was there but not anywhere near the quality and performance by any means when place up against what you see coming out now.

I have already cut and drilled new end caps for my dead iStick. Both caps are identical in size and have identical screw holes (enclosure is extruded aluminum). I traced the original bottom cap onto black acrylic, 3/8" for top, 1/8" for bottom. The new top cap gives a real 510 connection room in the enclosure. I will use a replaceable 18650 when I decide on a new chipset.

Good luck!

Pictures or it didn't happen. You know the drill! :D

The MVP3 is obviously not close to being ready. Innokin is doing what they can to retain as many holiday sales as possible against the iStick. The MVP20w looks pedantic nowadays. But many here were very happy with their MVPs prior to the iStick. It's the price that will kill the new MVP20...

That's what I thought, too. They never mentioned an MVP 20--the initial announcement mentioned two versions of MVP3--DNA 30 and some exciting deluxe technology of the future...

Methinks they just stuck a DNA 20 chipset in the old shell and called it an MVP 20...

Just wanted to update... I disassembled my fried istick and here's what I found:

1: The battery was taken out and put on a regular battery charger for hours, and it won't take a charge.
2: Put a new IMR batt. in the istick and it operates, but the istick will not charge it.
3: Examined the circuit board extensively but didn't find any burnt traces or components.
4: Re-soldered all the existing connections to eliminate any cold solder joints.
5: Re-named the istick to isick and it has been relegated to the parts-bin for future cannibalization.

Ouch............ So sorry, op!

But I have to recoil this one before using it on my Istick as it's 0.8Ω

Kayfun 2.1 ES on Istick

SNNOORRRINGGG!!!! :D "please wake once video is over.. this has been an automated reminder."

Oh back to the MVP 2.0t hat is a 6w to 11w mod not a 20w. The next one awaits some more information since this was the first mention of it I have heard while I had been wondering if a V3 was going to be coming out at all. Now what I have seen however is the listing for the MVP V3 that is still a 6w-11w mod with 510 connector? It sounds more like someone trying to make the same 2.0 sound like the next newer version but actually being the exact same thing! I've been wanting to get one of those for the istick.....does it refill in that side hole like it's supposed to? Also, do you know where can I get one on-the-cheap? Thanks..

And go back and look at what you see in big lefters next to it and then in large green letters below to get the idea. They know they can't pass it off to the informed that it's anything else but an intentional typo V3.0 in large print?

The SVD presently seems to be Innokin's big ticket item from what I've been seeing lately. Smoktech also has a new 50watter on the block now getting looked over..Plus another 30w mod being seen for a great holiday price but again a larger box mod running on 18650 batteries would be the PRO Hana Modz Pack DNA 30 priced at $39.99 obviously to compete with the Beyang 30w mod on the way soon as well as the iStick.

Meanwhile the iStick was seeing a great Cyber Monday price of $30.99 at GearBest now back to $33- for the black and $36- for the other threed colors at http://www.gearbest.com/compare-103...utm_medium=shareasale&utm_campaign=shareasale

Here I tend to keep tabs on thing over at Vaping Discounts however being subscribed since a large variety of discounts and specials are updated on a daily not weekly basis from all over.

The coil itself is getting a little worn in plus the readouts on mods is never exact science as you would see with some $1,000 test equipment. With the variety of VV/VW batteries as well as the growing collection of mods they all tend to vary by 0.1 or 0.2ohm either plus or minus at times. I run into that often enough where I can still tell if the coil is a 2ohm or 2.4ohm on some tanks while telling if it is 1.6 or 1.8 on the Nautlis despite the slight wavering around.

This one is an original, fills perfectly though fill port and hold about 3 ml in current configuration. 5 ml extended.
Be sure if buying the clone to get one that has the "swelled" plastic tank.

They all still say $30.99 if you put them in your cart from your link.

That was while the Cyber deal was going on. I would have to make an inquiry to see if that offer would still be valid at this time or was simply the Black Friday or daily special going on there.

One thing to look at first as to why you may find a large price difference is looking at what comes along with the battery. The deal seen there was for battery, 510/eGo adapter, and user manual only in an express kit while the best price on the full kit will be a bit higher. For example here's the link for a full kit priced a little higher to get everything which includes the usb charging cord and ac wall plug for $33.50. http://www.heavengifts.com/20W-Eleaf-iStick-Express-Kit-with-OLED-Screen-MOD-Battery.html
