For $30. I took the plunge on the Cloupor mini. *sigh*

Yep. I was wavering for a week between "order the cloupor mini now" and "wait for after a few reviews say it does not completely suck." This would have been to provide a higher-end backup to my Vaporshark dna30 than my two isticks. Then I saw a fuller description of fixing the 510 pin on reddit, where one prys the pin nearly completely out (carefully), actually allowing a fairly easy way to put a new o-ring in. I did this with my more screwed up istick, and it's now better than the "better" one. So. Although I am interested in the replaceable 18650 and the adjustable (not springloaded) pin of the Cloupor mini, I am probably good with my dna30 and two isticks. FWIW I regard my isticks as the mods I can take out and afford to break/lose were that to happen, and that have killer battery life, and the dna30 as the higher end piece that needs the backup of istick battery life.
While getting things ready to go to work in the morning and I find myself getting my modded iStick with my junk for work.
I jumped on the Cloupor, and am eagerly waiting for it to ship. But with two modded iSticks and an iPV mini, a Hana DNA waiting to get rebuilt I think I'm good for awhile.

My thoughts on the istick are getting mixed feelings,now its feeling like a mod thats very restricted in its power range.Its almost like an Ego with no control.I guess its ok for beginners.My mini 30 watt Hana is my ADV.

That's been ebay's policy for several years now.
I had one order arrive at the bulk center and then sent to Windsor Locks, CT. and then back to the city after being held up in Flushing, NY for 2 1/2 days having cleared customs on a friday for the Vamo Fire 20w APV and four eGo-V batteries ordered from Fasttech. For weekends and holidays rather then unload trucks and let everything build up the USPS and shipping companies will have temp holding stations since stuff being shipped by USP or Fed X will be out past Worcester before arriving in West side on the day it will be delivered.
The adapter was ordered separately and shipper at a different time explaining why that would get held up for the weekend. As for finding the battery with a full charge that's commonly seen with mods as well as eGo type batteries showing proof of life on delivery. If something comes in dead the buyer will automatically assume it is DOA and end up shipping it back at times. The iSticks here show the Nautilus Mini with 2ohm not 1.8ohm coils which isn't rare by any chance since the read outs always vary.
Size is the real clencher to begin with isn't it?! That's the whole point to begin with is to pack something besides 3.7v into a small package.

Does the iStick have great battery life or do the Chana 30 watt boxes suck batteries? My iStick seems to have MUCH better battery life than my 30 watt Chanas. Am I crazy?
If you are a moderate vapor, say 15W or below, the iStick will outlast any of the DNA 30 boxes, authentic or clone.
LiPo batteries have a very different discharge curve, allowing more usable Ah above our APV's battery cut-off level (3.2-3.5V). The other reason the iStick's battery level shines is it's limit of "20W". A 20W APV pulls a maximum current off the battery of just under 7A. A 30W APV pulls a maximum of 10.5A. 30 Watts requires us to use a "high drain" battery for safety purposes. High drain batteries (20-30A) sport 2000-2500 mAh where 10A batteries live around 3000 mAh. Also remember that the iStick, at approximately 2/3 it's battery charge, drops it's peak voltage in the PWM cycle to 4.8V, when set to 4.8V or less. This adds to the iStick's battery efficiency.
A far majority of vapers are at 20W or less. The new Atlantis and SubTank may change things a bit. These two really like power to shine, especially the Atlantis. Sweet spot for the SubTank seems to be 25ish. Sweet spot for the Atlantis is over 30, about 32W. The SubTank shines from 15-30W. The Atlantis shines from 30-35W. Problems I see? Vapers may have to purchase a new APV to go along with the new tanks. We don't want to run our APVs at their max wattage for extended periods of time. Expect needing at least a 30W device for the SubTank and a 40W device for the Atlantis. Give yourself a 2-4W cushion above your sweet spot to be nice to your APV. As always, YMMV.
To tie this all together... I fear vapers are not going to like battery life while using these new tanks. Most everything in vaping is a trade-off. I have found builds in all my atomizers that shine between 12 & 20W, even some of my RDAs. (I do tend to drip around 25W however.) If you're happy with the Nautilus or Aerotank you currently have, at 10-15W, think hard before getting the SubTank or Atlantis. It has been mentioned many times that the iStick paired with a Nautilus, Aerotank or RTA is a darned-good vape.

You wouldn't think so when seeing all types of vaping gear including a new 4500mah 3 voltage position battery! black variable voltage battery 4500mah high capacity hookah shisha pen max vapor There's also a 3200mah battery as well.
Now for the Atlantis tank I had that up at 50w with one flavor blowing a few clouds and another at 40w when the ZNA 50 first came in but generally run the menthol flavors at 20w sometimes 30w as well as some others at 30w depending on just where they vape the best. The thing to note is that the best results depend on where the resistance is with 3w upwards of 15w for 1.2-3+ohms and from 20w or more 0.2-0.8ohms on average.
So far i am loving this little guy, even if my bending adapter is taking a tour of Massachusetts...lol
Only one gripe so far:
My fire button is noisy as in loose and it rattles. I don't wanna pull it apart yet but is there anything i can do to make it less rattly?
