Firefighters rescue naked woman trapped in ex-boyfriend's chimney

"They get 'em all 'round here!":laugh::laugh: And something about 9,000+ posts on this thread so far?

For me the choice was simple! I actually skip over a great deal of mech mods and other regulated mods that wouldn't suit any purpose here and at first was going to skip past the istick as well until taking my own "second look". Upon that I found that it suited a purpose by filling a gap namely a little more under the hood as well as not being a problem to carry on me at all times yet at the same time not be the primary vaping device either(Don't have just one! :D )

While I can say it's not the best mod it also is far from the worst mode owned so far. The singular problem seen so far was never actually with the device itself but with an addon bracket which was fixed once the problem was determined. As far as 510 threading strip out? None here! 2200mah is certainly a lot better then carrying a 350mah eGo mini around with a pen cap on the clearomizer.

A larger eGo battery or Spinner if not Vamo or other APV would be clumsy for those short jaunts to the local Wally World as one example of fast and even stealth vaping when going back and forth from car to builing and when leaving. Of course when the temps are below 32For 0C you can't tell vapor from the exhaust on the car next to you as far as any onlookers!

I think it's a good mod for the price if you treat it gently. I dropped mine and my Kayfun which was screwed on the Istick went in one direction, and the I stick in the other direction. Since then I have had to "rig" an adapter by using an o-ring on the bottom side of the adapter in order to make contact. As long as you aren't clumsy like me:) and don't drop it, it's fine.

Sorry if you or anyone else was offended. I'm not a dramatic person. Any "other than nice" feelings I have, are toward eleaf for not fixin the problem with the istick before putting it on the market. But on the bright side, I have heard more positive remarks about the istick, which makes me feel a little better about it. I may paint it and keep it myself:)

No worries. A fresh start is good! I really think your wife will love the iStick! No denying that there have been some issues with the threads though-- preventative measures like the 510-ego adapter(with beauty ring), generic air flow controller or bending adapter (I know you don't like it--works though) will ensure she doesn't have thread issues. Good luck!

Thanks for your blogs. I wish I had read them before wasting my money. Also just skipping through the thread 50 to 100 pages at a time it appears the reason there are so many posts is due to the problems with the stick and not because of happy owners. The more I read, the more disappointed I am. I think I'm just gonna sell it in it's original package and buy the Bride a good mod. Like they say, it could be the best little mod made (with some revisions). But they haven't fixed it and it ain't.

I base many things on my own experiences; not someones blog post. The iStick is one of the "best little mod made" and has been a great lil mod for many of us but it's a known internet thing that happy people don't always post when they're happy. It's a given you'll read a lot of negative things by people who are unhappy.

I say let your bride decide for herself; after all, she's the one who'll be using it.

99.9% of the time I adjust to taste, All this RMS vs MEANS means nothing to me and there's not a device that exist that someone is NOT going to find issues with.

Just a reminder: Attacking someone's spouse is the same as attacking the poster. It will not be tolerated.

This has been my regularly scheduled PSA (all over the boards it seems) today.

Carry on....just be a bit more polite, please.

Thanks!! :)

Yes, but he talks like his wife is a complete idiot. Can't decide for herself, can't put a tank on without stripping threads, blah blah blah.

My wife is completely happy with her current equipment. I just wanted to surprise her with a nice gift. I 'm not goin to give it to her if I don't find it suitable. I don't understand why I should let her choose a gift I want to give her. Do you know how hard it is to find a gift every year for your wife after 40 years of marriage?? Am I talkin to a bunch of teenagers? :) (don't want to offend any teenagers)
