Here's a possible solution.

Or, you can ask JWraps if they make them with the top and bottom pieces and have a wide selection of textures and patterns to choose from.

Thanks TeaRose, I saw those on ebay. I like the orange. Would match my old Sportster tank. I thought about just putting the cap covers on.

Anybody using Jeremy's famous Rayon wicking methods on their atty's?....using the 50 the other day I finally re-wicked a Kanger with Rayon....the stuff is incredible...no burnt dry hits using max VG.

Flavor is incredible. Wicks last and last and last.

I don't have the link handy at the moment, but if anyone hasn't ready Jeremy's thread about Rayon, they certainly should.
I use Rayon in all my builds, it is the easiest to use and provides the best wicking with no added flavour.
I have tried silica, regular cotton balls, organic, Japanese and even degummed hemp which has quite a bit of that Monkey A55 taste that does not go away. Rayon out wicks and performs them all.

The only thing I have not tried yet is Mesh.

I don't know what Jeremy's methods are but I converted to rayon from cotton and it's all I use. No dry hits with it at Max VG either. Good flavor :)

My "method" is rayon.. Or my "wick" is rayon. :)
It was basically unknown before I discovered it and battled to get it accepted... So everyone would get a chance to use it and improve thier vaping experience...Glad you like it! :)

Its quite a story/novel over in the thread. From its meager unknown beginnings.... to where it is now. The first few pages are initial information and a plethora more is discovered in the next 50- 100 pages. As well as sources that panned out the best.

Just watched that video I guess he did confirm what I've noticed also. There is a very slight delay in firing he measured .1 sec
In my basic testing I saw about .2 but that's because I was listening for it and not measuring it using a meter.
Is the 30w istick similar in results to 50w istick in its output?

The 30W performs almost identically to the 50w, within it's own listed specs. I noticed the 96ms delay when I scoped my 30W. I never mentioned it because it has never been noticeable in actual use. Mr. Busardo said the same thing. If you notice a 10th of a second delay, you are far more detail oriented than I am.

Nice to meet you Jeremy. Great idea. Not often I get to meet an originator. I'll have to check your story out........:)

The Rayon story starts, if i remember correctly, by digging through melatonin bottles in search of the mystical rayon. Then (was it page 50, Jeremy?) someone drops "cellucotton", which went ignored for a few hundred pages until someone realized Cellucotton was a brand name of pure Rayon sold dirt-cheap at Sally's beauty supply... Epic thread. Epic story. Some of the trolls are entertaining. Most of the guys are incredibly helpful. In a lot of ways, it's much like this thread.

ETA: After reading the Rayon thread, I acquired enough wicking material to last 3 lifetimes. :vapor:

Rayon vapes GREAT on all the iStick devices; just to stay on topic. :D

Um yea Tibs, I was just guesstimating it's size from that video at Electronic Cigarette Wholesales, universalvap, Ejuice - UniversalVap Haven't seen actual numbers yet. Does look like they have wholesale prices, and that anyone can order from them? I haven't yet. I was able to set up an account and add to cart. Co-opps ? (hint.. hint..) :D

I remember a while back, somebody suggested rayon in a thread, and somebody else said I could get it at Sally's Beauty supply. I thought they were like sayin "Joe's Pool Hall". Then after a quick search I found out Sally's was a chain. :) But they sold it in 5 lb boxes or something. Well a nice lady sent me an envelope full and I haven't even used half of it. It lasts very well. I'm gonna read Jeremy's adventure when I get a chance. I could use some pointers from the experts. :)
I know who to call when I run out. :)
