I guess my isticks and GS-Airs started messing around, and this is what happened:

They had a baby!!! Baby istick and baby GS-tank!
(Actually, I adopted the GS-16S in a recent co-op)
...........................that's BLS from now on

Will that be added to the acronym thread???
Bikenstein, Sorry if I came off a bit short in my previous post but I was a bit freaked out. I took your suggestion and pulled the unit apart real quick. There was a bit of residual juice around the base of the 510. I hit it with a quick spray of CRC Lectra-Motive followed by a blast fro a can of liquid air and buttoned it back up. I've put the Cyclone atty back on it that was on it and that I use for juice tasting and it seems to be O.K although I'm going to keep an eye on it for a while just in case.
Reports are comin in constantly of failed 50's so I advise you to remove your atty's from the 50 and 30 overnite or for storage and clean your firing pin with a q-tip or cotton to prevent juice build up and possible leaking. Leaking may not be the problem or total problem but there is some evidence that it is. Most 50's are doing fine. Failure is reported as being more common after a few weeks use. I'm not trying to issue an alarm just advice to be safe and prevent failure of your mod.
It NEEDS to be damaged! It's like some double phillips head from hell!

I've had no issues with either of my 30Ws or my 50W isticks. At least 1 of the 30W and the 50W were from debut batches.
Since both units are more similar than not to each other, I find it strange that no one has reported auto firing 30W devices.I'm not trying to discount anyone's experiences, but just making an observation.
And I have had an Aqua V2 clone leak from the 510 connection onto the isticks, both 30W and 50W, but no strange behavior from the device.
I hate anything leaking that is not supposed to... I had pondered the sub tank mini once and I am glad I didn't pick one up.
That and the juice/air bubbles between the glass and the frame would drive me crazy...![]()
Hey Mud,My subtanks are growing on me, they are very fragile tankwise and airy but man are they easy to build either the RBA or even the disposable coil heads.
Hey Mud,
I have spent a lot of time pondering the Subtank mini and Delta II as an RTA with a coil head/RBA deck to get as my next tank. I really like the design of the build deck on the Subtanks and the Delta has the KF3.1 style wire holes. Then a friend let me try out his Lemo and Goblin, well those brought the pondering of the other two to an end. Both are very airy with a ton of flavor and no coil heads. The Goblin is a dual coil build only and the chimney is very close to the glass. So max VG juice moves very slowly between it which could possibly cause flow problems. The Lemo on the other hand, worked great but had this "I'm made out of Tin" type feel to me, which is not a deal breaker but the little thing that keep ones OCD active.
I was expecting my Origenny yesterday but it will be next week now, and those FEV's are really looking like a great atty. I know both will leak if turned upside down or on their sides, but knowing this ahead of time shouldn't cause any surprises with use...
I really want a Silverplay, but VaporDNA is always out of stock on the very rare occasion I have had the spare cash to get one and vape gear does not have a high WAF in my world.
Enjoy your Subtanks good sir and thanks for the info.

Before I go fiddling around with this, I'd like to ask how I adjust the draw on the GS? I turned it to the right a tad and didn't see a difference. I'd just like to have the draw just a little bit tighter. Thanks.![]()
Will do. Thanks Bike.Turn it a tad more............![]()

Enjoy the Delta II!I have a delta II due in Mon from a co-op to compare. But even though the subtank is slowly growing on me, my all time fav so far is still the innokin iClear X.I the only draw back to them is the learning curve to rebuild the tiny little dual coil heads.![]()
Enjoy the Delta II!
The only problem with them from videos and what I read is that they whistle loudly unless the AFC is wide open.
That will be a deal killer! My wife hates whistling atties! To be honest I am not to fond of them either, if some surgery can't remedy it will be piffed shortly.![]()
Turning the stereo up will remedy this.![]()
A lot of us got ours at Sweet Vapes:
Eleaf GS Air Tank
You can also get a pack of coils there for about $9.50. And those coils last quite a long time.
I'll second that recommendation. I recently traded a subtank for a couple of nautilus minis AFTER enjoying my GS Airs for a month. I was very disappointed with the nauti's in comparison, even though they had the older BVC coils that everyone liked. The GS Air just gives me a much nicer vape.

@IMRs. I adjust mine in 1/4 turn increments until I get the draw right for different juices. Some thicker juices I vape at higher power and open the airflow. I'm a bit concerned about exceeding the boiling point too long from taking longer hotter draws and letting the coil heat up before hittin it. I'm either gonna thin the juice or quit vapin it. This is where temperature limiting capability would be good. A little TLCKat's got me thinkin Acks about everything
