Remove tank, plug in USB?
Yep, thanks -- that was the first thing he tried. Even tried two different cords, just in case when plugging it in. And it isn't turned "off" since it will vape fine, just stays blank. We will see what they say - hope to hear something in the morning.

FYI -I talked with Eciggity last night and they could not have been nicer. The istick is being sent back and another will be sent out to us. So the 30watts are not perfect after all.
Thanks to Eciggity for making it right, I highly recommend them.

pokemom, if you decide to reorder and have any luck getting the correct cover, let me know! I don't think I will.
Nanny - for the price and the wait, its not worth it to me. I'll probably use it (although I think it is ugly), or I might just order another color from sweet-vapes or the next time that I use FT. If I change my mind, I'll let you know.

That's not a BLS, it's a BLO (Bikenstein Lights Out) That's not the first 30w that went bad but they are very few from what I've seen. This Chinese based company has changed it's warranty info probably because of the 50 fails.
Notice the added info in the guarantee policy. Must have had quite a few replacements

Guarantee Policy.
Notice: Eleaf now requires S/N (serial number) before providing replacements (due to counterfeits in market).
We recommend you to keep the packing boxes after you get parcel, or take a picture of SN before you discard it. Thank you
Guarantee Policy.
GUARANTEE 3 months for battery. Pls check Guarantee Policy

Note: We now need serial number to proceed after-sales service. Please kindly preserve the serial number of product if it's available

Good info there, Bike! They sometimes ask for a video showing the malfunctioning product in operation, as well.

Eciggity, where we bought our latest three 30watters, was very good about the whole thing. They emailed us a return label with tracking and shipping paid for. I dropped the detective battery off at the post office this morning. Once tracking shows it is on its way to them, they will ship my replacement. Easy as falling off a log, and they were great. Highly recommend this vendor!

Great. Evape.us was the same way with my 30w. The Chinese vendor that supplied our co-op required videos. Unfortunately some are only getting 15 and 30 day guarantees with no help such as Sweet Vapes. You can save your box code and receipt and get a 90 day warranty replacement through service@ismoka.com

What I find interesting is that my iStick30 doesn't have a SN. I still have the original packaging with nothing but the normal printing and a bar code. My 30W is one of the originals purchased months ago. Hmmm...

I have had one report through a lengthy pm that a large US vendor was offered a discounted deal on isticks from a Chinese vendor who said "can't tell the difference in authentic". He turned them down. True or not, I'm not sure, but deals like that could explain the reason why some are not giving the 90 day warranty if these are the counterfeits. I have a gifted 30w that doesn't have a scratch off code but came in the identical box. It works fine and also the others that were in the same order.

IRC, I purchased my 30W from evape.us soon after Eleaf released them. Hmmm. Glad it's still working well... It was before I misplaced it. It HAS to be in this house SOMEWHERE!!!

So it's different but not too bad, a little "loud" but hey.

Your pretty drip tip helps, pokemom.
But, someone still needs to give them an education on exactly what constitutes tie dye. I'm still mad. Can ya tell? LOL! They had one for the PICTURE, so just give me what's in the d*** picture. TYVM.

I totally agree. This rainbow zebra was not what I ordered or what I wanted. That said, I'm trying to make lemonade.
