Update this if you would please. I have a Lemo on the way and bought it because it was highly praised as not being a leaker.

and yes I will be updating, if it leaks again then I will update Iimmediately, if I make it through the night without it leaking then I'll try to update sometime tomorrow in the early afternoon before I have school

Essentially they wick the coil and "bunny ear" the cotton and put the lower part of the chimney on and cut the wicks to the top of the chimney. Using a flat head screwdriver they push the end of the cotton down folding it on itself and push it into the channel.

Doesn't everyone wick that way? I never watched a vid, it just made sense to do it that way.

Try to make sure when you screw on the first part of the chimney, make sure you havnt disrupted how the wick lays on the deck, if it does, you can readjust it from there with a small screwdriver. Just be careful to not pack it down into the juice channels. That's how I've been able to make sure my kayfun builds don't leak, might cure the flooding issue as well.

From my understanding the lemo deck is a bigger version of a kayfun deck. I don't have the lemo yet but plan on getting one! I would apply the same principals with wicking. I do the bunny ear deal.

Wick the coil, put on the first section of the chimney, cut slightly above the top, remove the section of chimney, wet the wicks and gently push them down to the deck. Reinstall the first part of the chimney, looking down thru that section, make sure you still have the deck covered by the wick as sometes when you screw on that first section of the chimney, you have a tendency to slightly move the wick. Just readjust the wick so you have total coverage across the deck again but not jamming it down to pack the wick onto the deck.

Those little things have helped me get a consistant build on my kayfun and should work with the lemo as well I would think!

Not into the juice channels, just total coverage across the deck. Just trying to figure out how your juice is leaking and this is what I could think it might be!

You have to be doing something horribly wrong to get a Lemo to leak.
Either you are over filling it and flooding the chamber (I have done this) leave a little space when filling.
or
You have the airflow closed damn near off and sucking excess juice into chamber like a straw flooding the chamber
or
You didn't put the fill screw back in (I did this once)

well how much is over filling it? i use the fill screw so filling upside down i fill it to about half-way, while its upside down tho, which ends up basically being just barely to the top of the glass when i flip it back over. and my air flow is all the way open

Without actually seeing it I can only speculate, but I can tell you it's definitely not normal for a Lemo to leak at all.
For some reason you are flooding the chamber, but again without seeing it I'd only be guessing.
