It's gotta feel good Kristin. I just found this site Choose State USA electronic cigarette ban - ecigs ecigarette
It's got a page for each state that lists the current status of any legislation concerning the banning of electronic cigarettes. I checked all the states with alert flags and they all seem to weakened their stances against e-cigs. The ones that have any real restrictions are only restricting sale to minors which is as it should be.
I can't be positive yet but it looks like we may win this thing.
We couldn't have a better champion than you Kristen. I don't know you but you're one of my favorite people anyway.

Yes, I think so. It's useful to keep track of where we stand. I've been thinking about what I said in my original post and would like to clarify that I by no means wanted to suggest that anyone relax their vigilance in this struggle to retain our rights. I merely felt a little reassured that the odds are NOT insurmountable and I believe this injustice WILL eventually be overcome. We DO have right on our side and I'm not as cynical as I used to be.

Thanks, Mist, that is very kind of you - but I couldn't do any of it without the support of the vaping community and the guidance of the wonderful people of CASAA and the Vapers Coalition!!

I contacted the webmaster of that site several days ago and he just got back to me today - he's posted comments and a link to the petition! I (and some other members) are also helping him keep abreast of the current ecig legislation for his site.

Wow, Kristin. This is powerful stuff. I'd say it is your best work to date. Kudos.
