Encounter a stranger

Today was vaping outside a hotel smoking area ... Suddenly a smoker come and was amused by my device and asked what was it. I was thinking siao Liao is he from NEA or plain cloth mada.
Told him it was a e-cig and it start asking how it works and where to get it. We chatted for bout 10 min and provide him the necessary information of where to get one online.

This remind me how I get my first PV, after knowing E-cig from the web I was searching for PV and during my tea break I found a guy who was vaping at one corner, I approached him by asking:" Bro., you're vaping ah?" he was totally shocked. Ha..Ha
We chatted for few mins. then we exchanged info to get my first PV.
