Also, I have been paying close attention to the angle I vape in relation to the air hole.
EDIT: I did a little experiment. I removed the door and watched the feeder tube as I took a pull, I noticed that the juice would flow up even if I didnt press on the bottle.
Do you have the reducer tube in? That might help. I don't have my ERA's yet, but had the exact opposite with my Chalice. I removed my reducer tube in order to let the juice flow back into the bottle more easily, and haven't seen any auto-feeding.
Nope, no reducer tube. I just threw the ERA back in the box for now and went back to my trusty V2 357 setup. My VVGrand is supposed to arrive today and I already have some new 357 attys waiting for her. The ERA may get some more use later on.
Tell me if this makes any sense.....I typically tape 3 ohm Cartos in a tank at 5 volts. That's always been my sweet spot. Now with the VV Grand I'm vaping a 2.85 ohm coil at 5.5 volts......It tastes the same to me.....Does that make sense?
finally my ERA arrived, taking his tour over Italy. really nice folks in the italian forumthey did a great job. but damn' i was lucky i could find the hex key in a shop nearby. this key is the tiniest i have by now. so made a first try with the silica and the wire delivered with the ERA, use it without an adapter. think i have to adjust squonking a bit, no leaking so far as the usual first time nervous leaking wasting liquid all over the place ;( so i ended up at 1.5 ohm, not bad ...

Yep, I found that the RBA's are just a little different in that way. Not sure why.
Kind of like running a 1.1 on a 3.7v. If it was a standard atty I would have went in the trash but with my ERA LOL I am loving it.![]()
I try to hit the 2.2 to 2.5 mark when setting up my VVG's Seams to give me a better range.
Lisa has been using one set at 2.0 and its kicking .... for her.
My sweet spot on my Chalice is around 1.10 on my regular Grand, so it'll be interesting to see how the ERA compares. I imagine I'll try something over 2.0 when my VVG gets here.
Did a 5/4 wrap of 34awg Kanthal got me 3.4ohm not bad in my VVW cranked all the way up but I usually like mine around 10-12watts

You people are killing me!!
So far I've resisted the extremely difficult temptation of the vv grand, but lately i've been reading a lot about the rebuildable
atties and I'm gettiing closer and closer to jumping on the band wagon.....
"cept i really don't understand a thing that you all talk about where they're concerned
But i do have one question, the answer of I think will sink in to this peabrain
Are they virtually permanent atties? ( except, of course, for user error and ineptitude)

Hmm, we have used rebuildables for years. Not specifically the Chalice and ERA, but the principle is not new. Basically yes, they are virtually permanent atties.nobody knows yet, since they exist only for a couple of months![]()
How good is the vapor output from the coil you made?
