Hi Kay, thanks for the welcome. I didn't know Rob was designing an ERA and I'm sure it's worth the wait.
The attys I've been using lately have been mostly a disappointment, can't wait to try a rebuildable.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this- seems it could be a nice solution for those using an ERA on their Mini or 18490 Reo.. w/ an adapter. Thinking this could not only be a spacer but allow a way to tune the air flow: eGo Battery Airflow Controller

I've seen it a few times. I still dry pull on the era while squonking to help pull it up. I think its the residual juice coming from the connector.
I even tried sealing the connector with an o-ring. Didnt seem to make a difference
Possibly from the air hole? I had a minor leak from over squonking once, to where juice was actually come out the air hole.
I get little droplets too...Not sure where it comes from...condensation? It doesn't feel smiley like it's e-juice.
Granted I'm new to this, but I always squonk the ERA until the juice starts to dribble out of the air hole, draw air so it creeps back in, wait two secs for the bottle to suck the residual back down, and let er rip lol
I see there is now a new improved version of the ERA called the HORNET and is supposed to fit the Mini and has the 510 connection shortened

My ERA friends, I will tell you this
I drilled out my A7 and O ringed the air intake holes
Well before that I took the VZ bottom coil RBA and cut it down to size, put a side hole in the plastic shell and o ringed the air intake holes
No bs, all perform the same. Exactly the same. I honestly forget which I am using at any given moment. So if you want to save some money and time searching about, there ya go
