Everyone wants to get paid but pay nothing and thus our economy. Welcome to WalMart.

Walmart is a two beer sit. Drop wife off at front door and I park truck and drink two beers and she is back to truck and we leave. I like Walmart shopping. LOL

Let's be honest here?

I'll buy the original because I can.
If you can't then just buy the clone.

If I lose money in the long run I don't care.
If you save money in the long run then good for you.

This whole conversation, over many years, has become tiresome.
And I have become tired of it.

But the clone makers are stealing.
Period.

If you save money in the long run I don't care either.

Bottom line, unless you are the original manufacturer being affected by lost revenue/sales, who cares!

Only a fool would pay an eBay vendor now, for something that will ostensibly ship TO that vendor in three weeks, particularly when that vendor that has 3 feedbacks, all of which he got as a buyer; a vendor who uses photos of the real mod stolen from another site to advertise his clones. Yep, I'd send him $80..

I'm trying to negotiate with a supplier on Alibaba to just buy a pair of the chips. I have no need for 10 and have enough pride not to try to resell junk, if they are.
........ said there is a reason for this chip last night on mod envy but wouldnt reveal the answer because he couldnt he also said he wouldnt use the hana version because hes friends with him but said they shouldnt have put the hana logo because you cant copyright a box but they have trademarked the logo and hes pretty sure if any us vendor stocks them they could face some legal trouble!

I love when people try to defend the price gauging from "high end" manufacturers. Even in limited run, these things have massive profit margins. These aren't extremely precise fit pieces, nor are they particularly complex.
For the perfect example, look at Super T Manufactoring. Their build quality is among the best in the business and all their pieces are cheaper then most hype high end mods. Even at that price, probably 75% of the price is profit. And they don't play the "out of stock" game, keeping supply purposefully down to drive prices up.

I refuse to buy authentics from companies that do business like that. I'll own a precise though, after I get a couple dozen mods in line before it

I don't mind at all what price a manufacturer slaps onto a product. If I can't afford it, or unwilling to save up, then I will make do without. What really sux is when you have saved up and just can't find an item in stock though, and that has happened very recently. If a company produces something they can easily sell at the price they've decided on, why not make more until the demand finally goes away.
