I don't see why not? But anyway it is the same with a dripper too. You can pour juice right on a hot coil being fired and still no popping. Remember that experiment I did with juice with an induction stovetop in a non-stick frying pan? All juice does is slowly vaporize. It doesn't pop, jump around, or even move around at vaping temperatures. You can take juice stored in a freezer and pour it straight in a 500°F frying pan without any violent reaction at all. As all you are going to get is a very fine vapor that looks like smoke.
