I don't have fibro, thank God, didn't even know what it was and had to Google for it, but what I have in common with you, I have been extremely tired for months now. What helps, is smoking some more analogs. But obviously that's not what I want. I've put myself on a vitamin regime, and that seems to help as well. Multivitamin, vitamin B and iodine. I also have a daylight bulb in my desk lamp, but I don't think that does anything.

so now i have a question..... all this drinking liquids to stay hydrated has me running to the bathroom all the time. daytime is ok but im never going to get any sleep if i have to get up all the time at night. so how can i wake up thirsty and at the same time im running to the bathroom. seems like the 2 of them shouldnt be going on at the same time..... i suspect it might be because im not just needing to hydrate but that my body is washing the chemicals out and chooses to use the liquids for that vs hydration. i dont know..... anyone got a handle on that one.....

another vote for the vits...... ive been doing iodine for a while. that was prior to all of the other things and stopping the analogs. yes this tired thing is just awful. no energy to do anything. maybe doing a few analogs here and there would be helpful for a while. im not sure what to do there. hate to even think about it but...... i must rest and i must be able to function.

thanks for caring enough to google fibro jtpjc. fibro is nasty. it will put u down and u wont get up. its a juggling act all day every day. have to be aware of what ur body is saying all the time. if u dont listen ull be laying in bed for days/weeks/months. flat spalt is so not fun

That is actually quite common (being thirstier when drinking more). It's all part of the adjustment process. My doctor believes that it is all part of dealing with built up toxins. It goes away over time (as does the need to go as often). When I first started drinking a gallon of water a day, I couldn't understand how people could do it. Let alone 2 gallons, which some people advocate. But after a few weeks, I noticed that it became much easier. Now, I drink almost a gallon of water before lunchtime, and I don't even really think about it. Then I just have another quart throughout the rest of the day. No nightime problems.

I sympathize with all y'all. Really. I too, know what it's like to feel sucky coz of a chronic debilitating illness.
Just reading this thread, I am wondering if the being thirsty and hitting the restroom a lot is pre-diabetes? It sound like it. But for your sakes, I sincerely hope that is not it.
My wife has fibro and it sucks. She also gots a lot of other illnesses, but combined, cause her lots of problems.
I vape 36mg Nico Level in my e-juice and it's worked fine for me. But coz we're all different, I believe the vitamin supplements and drinking more water are a good start.
Do you also have Chronic Fatigue and/ or Sleep Apnea? Those will surely kick your .... bad. I know - those are only 2 of my medical problems.
And spending food money for e-cig supplies - now that is true dedication! You are really serious about dumping a nasty evil health-sucking habit and that's a very good thing. I sincerely hope that nobody on this thread further considers analogs as a (temporary) fix for anything.
This is only my 2 cents worth - and I feel for everyone of you that have medical problems.
I wish the best for everyone here.

First I would whole-heartedly like to congratulate you on your determination! I hope you find the source of your exhaustion.

I went through a similar bout when I first started Vaping and discovered that quitting tobacco cold turkey is vastly different than quitting tobacco with Vaping.

It took nearly two months to "straighten" things out. My exhaustion didn't start until after the 2nd week of non-tobacco, and it floored me. The first two weeks I was so "energized" that i don't think I sleep 4 hours the entire two weeks) I can't imagine how you are making it through an already exhaustive work day.

I experimented and changed both my nicotine concentration and the PG ratio - turns out it was the PG in my case. Pg makes me both exhausted and highly jittery and I must use at least some VG when I vape.

Water Water Water - your body adjusts to it after a week or so and you don't have the need to "go" in the middle of the night. I personally couldn't use vitamins at this time (I tried) because I had an almost drug-like reaction to them.

I can't honestly say what it was that worked for me, if it was simply time or the change in my Vaping or both, but after three months I am better than ever. Do whatever you can to keep with the vaping, it's worth it and you have invested so much into it already.

Coming here for support and information is helpful beyond words. I sincerely hope that things turn around for the better for you very soon.

Thanks AMD and Renro I honestly keep trying to find a way everyday to keep vaping, with all my equipment braking on me I'm starting to wonder why I just don't give up, I'm so tired and sick the whole sick and tiredness, at this point the only thing keeping me from analogs is because I can't reach a place to get then nor can I afford to buy what I need to RYO

Dinky,

I don't like resorting to meds but I had to start taking a OTC decongestant so I could function better at work. I have an adrenal gland problem so my blood pressure gets too low and I get tired and dizzy. I'm on meds for it but they don't fix it 100%.
It makes it so I can run a cash register and be clear headed. My energy levels haven't changed at all in the 5 months on Ecigs. The medicine I buy is sold behind the counter. It's a generic Sudafed from WalMart and they're $4 for 48 pills. The dose is 2 but I only take one in the morning before my shift. It's helped me trmendously.

If I was you though, I'd request some lab work from your Dr ASAP. Ask for B12, iron and thyroid bloodtests ( 3 main causes of tiredness) . Are you on any over the counter antacids or prescription antacids? Those can make you B12 or iron deficient as a side effect. I'm on Prilosec and it's made me deficient in B12 and iron both!

Good luck and I hope you find out what's wrong!

thanks silkaka.... allergy shots, prescription allergy pills, mucinex dm, and 2 nasal sprays 1 over the counter and all dr prescribed. my body is reacting to everything right now which adds to the tiredness im experiencing from the fibro/cfids. body is also still recovering form a fungal infection that turned into pneumonia.....last june. no more mulch at this house..... big no no..... so its a combo problem.... i just expected that the change to ecigs would improve the way i feel. maybe in time it will. but at this point it seems to of added one more stressor to the body and made me even more tired. i probably will feel better once everything settles out. but the question is when is that going to happen. i have to be sharp on the job. i cant make mistakes. i have to be available long hours. i cant be sleeping all the time or feeling like im in some kind of drunken stooper.
