They used to have cars that started without a battery. Kinda hard on the arm though. Electricity is our friend as long as you use it wisely.

I suppose you could have a tank filled with liquid that would drip onto a plate heated by butane and the vapor could be drawn up a tube. Kinda like those freestanding oil burners of yesteryear. That would be true Steampunk.

Whatever happened to that ecig that uses ultrasonic vibration to vaporize juice? Still used electricity.

Iirc someone tried to market a hand cranked vaporizer at some point. Didn’t work well. Too much effort per puff. What may be needed I think is a lower energy way to vaporize juice. Not sure such a thing exists though. The concept of the wick also might do with rethinking. A longer lasting wick would be handy and a lower energy vaporization system might provide that. Maybe two wide plates very close together. Wouldn’t wick much but it might be enough for mtl. Then you’d have to make the plates vaporize ejuice using a lower energy method at just one end. Maybe something sonic?

Yeah cats are seriously smart, highly instinctive animals. Infinitely smarter than your average K9. They manipulate anyone around them, and walk all over anyone they want, whenever they want. And when they're satisfied with their convincer they go out and kill and tear apart every living thing they can get their claws on. Then return home and bahave like butter wouldn't melt.

But they're just so warm, furry and friendly !. :)

Give them opposible thumbs and they won't have to even try all that hard. It would be an inevitability.

Nah. You’re thinking of mice there. House cats are way to lazy
You've never had a litter of 6 14-week old kittens and their mom running around like they ate a whole jar of catnip. To think of the extensive damage if they had those arms and legs...
