Susie, its about an hour drive for you, straight out 59. If you decide to stay overnite there are a couple of hotels in the area, I will bring phone numbers for both of them in case you don't want to drive home. I don't know the cost will find out.

Morning me aul' muckers! Have been AWOL for a tad coz I've been doing some bloody "American homemaker" chores - what a palaver! Tiz harvest time of the squashes and tow-mah-toes and peppers. Been slaving away in the hot kitch without breaks (woe ist me) and am very red faced - not at all attractive!

I am sooooo ready to parteee on the 2nd!!!

Can't wait to see everyone again from the first vape fest ... and very much looking forward to meeting the new attendees!

BTW Nomadic one, I don't know where you are headed to in Mich., but there is an enormous art show in Grand Rapids. It's called "Artprize" and the focus is on "public" art. The winning entry earns a quarter million dollars for the artist so they come from around the world and you can bet they bring their "A" game. The damn thing takes over the whole city. It was really impressive last year. I'm headed out there in the morning. We'll be there tomorrow and sunday.
