My 4/30 Order stopped being Updated on 6/26.

But the Good News (Maybe?) is that it stopped at the point where the Plane goes Wheels Up from China. And then there is a 4 or 5 Day dead zone until it gets turn over to US ICS.

Now... This order has done this 17 (Yes. Seventeen!) times before. So I'm not exactly doing a banana dance. But usually withing 24 Hours or so it pops back up on the Zhengzhou merry-go-round.

So I'm Hopeful it is Actually on a Plane this time. And that Plane actually took off.

How did you track it?If it was through USPS,yeah they don't give much info at all until they have it.If you haven't already, try tracking it through either 17track or Global package tracking, both of those show every little move it has made.
Oh why didn't I think of that? I will look.TY

Oh boy.Doesn't look good.

This is what "Normal" Tracking should look like...

(6) 2020-05-08 15:30
Zhengzhou, has been delivered to the airline transport

(5) 2020-05-08 15:25
Zhengzhou City, arriving at Zhengzhou Exchange Station

(4) 2020-05-07 21:07
Zhengzhou City, Zhengzhou International Processing Center has been exported straight seal

(3) 2020-05-05 14:39
Zhengzhou City, leaving the Zhengzhou International Marketing Center, the next stop ,Zhengzhou International

(2) 2020-05-05 14:05
Zhengzhou City, Zhengzhou International Marketing Center has received, pitcher: Sun Gang, tel: 13512345678

(1) 2020-04-30 16:02
Logistics order created

As I understand it...

1 = Shipping Label Created.

2 = Physical Item Received by China Post.

3 = Sorted by Destination Country.

4 = China Customs OK. Off to Airport Distribution.

5 = At Departure Airport. More sorting.

6 = At Terminal. In Cargo Container. Ready for Departure.

The Next Entry should be when it gets to the USA.

From Annie:

Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, I noticed our warehouse uploaded a wrong tracking number, I have asked them to double check where your correct package is, It should be on the way to your address now. We will ask our Post office to check their system tracking information then answer back for you. Please don't worry, I will keep on tracing your package until the issue is solved.

Have a nice day.

My 4/30 Order stopped being Updated on 6/26.

My 3/6 order stopped being updated on 5/15.

On the upside, as soon as I opened a dispute on 6/30 at PayPal, fasttech immediately sent an email saying "Order Paused Due To Payment Dispute".

The payment dispute was I paid for the item WITH upgraded shipping, Fasttech took my money, and never delivered the goods.

    I was crushed.

Actually, I was shocked the order was paused. I thought that horse left the barn a loooong time ago.

The last update was 5/15. This thing was in the pipeline for so long, Fasttech marked it as delivered.

    Ahh no, it wasn't.

All this for one $6.45 drip tip. You have to laugh.

At this point, it would be cheaper for Fasttech to mark my order as lost and refund the money. I know all this back and forth and investigating and email writing is costing a helluva lot more that $6.45.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
    $42.49 ain't 30...just sayin'

Little jedi mind tricks do not work with me ;)

Make an account and log in and it won't be.... just sayin' Yoda;)

Edit: any more questions on the subject let's take it off this thread somewhere else:)

I have stated this before on several threads but I will state it again to clear up the confusion why some people see higher prices at Sourcemore.

SM has 2 different retail account levels: "General" and "Bronze".

Unless you made a purchase from Sourcemore before, you are a "General" account holder and will not see better pricing just by logging in.

SM has this stupid policy where non-established/prospective customers are punished for not being a customer. o_O Usually retailers use the opposite approach, giving new/prospective customers discounts to lure them in to make a purchase, but SM has a different outlook on getting new customers:
    I call it "punishment marketing".

When you first create and account, you are a "General" account and for some products (but not all) you will see higher prices than existing ("Bronze") customers see. You can find out what your account status is by logging in and going to
    My Account >> Account Dashboard

    Example from my account:
    GYP04Km.png

In order to get switched to a "Bronze" account, you have to make a successful purchase: meaning you have to make a purchase that is successfully paid for AND delivered to you. At that point, SM will "upgrade" your account to "Bronze" level and you can then see the lower prices.

    So you have 2 options:

Option 1) Order something that is cheap or in the clearance section or pay the higher "General" account price on the item you really want in order to get "Bronze" pricing for future purchases.

Option 2) Do nothing and don't partake in these shenanigans. In other words, don't buy anything from SM and never become a customer.

I personally choose option 2. There's too much competition out there to take part in these shenanigans. But to each his own. I went back and forth via email with SM about this, they would not budge. They said I have to make a purchases to get the better price. They tried to give me many non-working 10% off coupons to entice me to make my first purchase, but none of them would work. I eventually gave up and said screw it.

Sorry. What I meant to say is... "What did the Last Tracking Entry Say?"

As of yesterday, the last tracking entry was: 2020-05-15 15:15
"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece".

Today, there's no tracking as what used to be tracking is now saying:

    Status
    Duplicate

    Multiple items found.

    Need More Details ›

All this for a $6.45 drip tip.

Strange. I have Never seen when a Tracking says there are "Multiple Items" for the same Tracking Number.

I wonder if FT has Resent your item using the Same Tracking Number?

Anyway. It looks like your package did the Same Thing as mine. But it only did it Twice. Then the Last Tracking was the one for when it would be Leaving China.

    ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK

But that was on 5/19. So that aint good.
