My favorite hardware vendor, overall, is Madvapes. I know they don't carry the absolute most high-end equipment, but they offer a huge variety of hardware for people of almost all levels. Obviously they don't sell Hybrids and the like, but that's a pretty specialty type of thing, most other vendors don't carry this kind of stuff either. Whether you are a new vaper or a seasoned vet, Madvapes usually has stull that you need/want.
They are VERY good about getting stuff shipped out the same day. Every other vendor I've gone though seems lazy and takes 3-4 days to actually get stuff shipped out. Madvapes is a professional setup, not some dude in a garage.
They also offer free shipping over 75 bucks I think it is, and they offer a large number of shipping options. I usually like stuff shipped overnight or at least 2-day shipping. Madvapes also gives you discounted 2-day fedex shipping if you buy over a certain amount. They don't tack on stupid "handling charges" into the shipping cost, what you pay for shipping is pretty much what it costs them to ship. My "profession" is a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, I can tell very easily when vendors are milking the shipping price to get a little extra cash. That kind of honesty from Madvapes makes me like them.
My first order through them, well over a year ago I believe, was an eGo kit. After a few weeks the charger crapped out and fried both my batteries. I shipped them back to MV for replacment, and (I'm assuming) it got lost in the mail, or got lost in their shipping dock somewhere as they said they never received it. Guess what they did? Sent me an entire additional ego kit with 2 batts, 4 ego mega dual coil cartos, charger, and eGo case.
They really didn't have to do that, at all. It was just the batteries and charger that were defective. They could have simply sent me two batts and a charger, but they went above and beyond. Even after I was being a whiny little behotch complaining here on ECF how they lost my stuff and were being slow replacing my batteries.
That kind of thing goes a LONG way for me as far as building customer loyalty. I trust Madvapes more than any other vendor, and can't see myself ever not shopping there.
