All the vendors I have tried I liked. I settled on madvapes for hardware and blue mist for the juice. madvapes sent me a little flashlight with my last order. I guess I'm and easy sell because that crappy free flashlight has completely won me over lol. I like the flavors I have tried from blue mist and the stuff is dirt cheap. I highly recommend both of them.

MBV is definitely my favorite juice vendor. Free 15ml sample (with same nic content of your order) with every order over 15$. Orders ship out the same day and very fast getting to me.

Though I have only ordered from a few juice vendors, their (MBV's) level of service completely outshines and is certainly inline with what you expect/hope for with online shopping.

Again, my experiences are very limited. But as far as hardware, my experience with happyesmoker was very good.

I've been vaping for three weeks, and have ordered, all with happy outcomes, from the following vendors:

Totally Wicked
My Freedom Smokes
Vaping Zone
Provape
Clouds of Vapor
Mad Vapes
Sure Vapes
Electronic Six
Valley Vapes

In addition, I have a recent order with OKC Vapes that is now in transit. Since all of these vendors have delivered as promised, I can't say I have a favorite, but can recommend each one based on my experience.

My Freedom Smokes and Vaping Zone are probably my first choices for e-liquid, and I really like the super concentrated 2.5% flavoring from Vaping Zone. But then again, I don't chase exotic flavors. I just want a decent tobacco flavor that does its job.

With the exception of TW, (where I got my first Ego starter kit) all of my vendor choices have been heavily influenced by recommendations from members here at ECF, and I'm extremely grateful this resource exists to steer people towards reputable suppliers and away from ripoff artists. So I guess ECF is probably my "favorite" in that sense.

I gotta say for me my first and my favorite vape shop is BJZ Vapeshop here in Sacramento, CA. They are a online shop but they also run a brick and mortar out of their home. I hate mail order and i like going over there and sampling before i buy. My last visit was because my only CE4 clearomizer started leaking on me. I called over there and buy 8pm that day i had a new super 312 clearo and 10ml of some yummy e liquids. Yes its a weakness:facepalm: plus everytime i go 9over there i end up in great conversation with the owners and great vaping.

Hardware -preferred smoke company www.preferredsmoke.com not HUGE selection, but everything works out of the box and as advertised.
Juice - hands down vaperoom. Haven't been disappointed yet. Oh, and props to vapedudes. They're pretty freaking awesome too.

I'm pretty easy to please. Just want equipment to work and juice to be well described and taste as expected. When I receive defective equipment and have to go through the RMA process on two separate orders, I have a tendency to be unforgiving and don't give a third try. Excellent response to problems don't mean $#!+ to me when I receive defective equipment twice in a row. Old saying goes fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...Just saying...

For Hardware,

I get my prepunched boge 3.0 cartos from pop at Mom and Pop Vapor Shop. I also purchased a box mod and drip tips from them over the past year or so. GREAT service consistently for the past year

The best juice vendor I have experience with is Sandy and Penn at Pink Spot Vapors. Fresh Juice every time, a handwritten note, and free samples that are actually in the nic level (36mg) that I vape.

I've had other vendors send me free samples of stuff in my orders in the past, but if i order 60$ worth of 36mg juice, don't send me all 1ml samples of 18mg :)

A really good vendor shouldn't need good customer service.

Imho good customer service can be a handwritten thank you placed in w/the order, speedy service or even an email after you purchase hardware asking how you like it. To me, good customer service is more than just dealing w/complaints, it's going the extra mile to make sure each customer is happy so they're more likely to return.
