Improved Elias Hot Wrap tool. :D

Never mind that screw, not necessary, that clip already strong enough helping the dowel to grab firm the stone wick...

Now piece of cake to EHW the coil and FC200 ceramic/stone/fish wick. :D

a whole lot of innovation. :toast: Just in time too. I was wondering how I was going to get burnt epidermal matter off my wick. I dont have the steady hand that Elias has. I am drilling dowels as I type.

Careful, I did slightly scalded my middle finger while doing EHW last night... Yelled and dropped one of my precious stone wick, of course it broken... That's why figured out this dowel stuff. :D

elias, your wick broke even though your top cap was on?

Yeah, you know what... I was drinking, I have no logical explanation for it right now... it doesnt make sense but yes it broke at the top of the tank, one would think that it could only happen putting cap on or taking cap off.. In my defense I have little JD left in the bottle. The cap was on when it fell over, but did I break it prior to it falling over "shrugs shoulders" I must have... somehow...

Note to self, dont mix juices when drinking JD and chain vaping

I need to hydrate myself, back soon....

elias, a couple of questions, when your heating and wrapping the wire is it the main objective to get the ceramic and wire to completly glow during the whole process? or just here and there. also how far would you say the flame was to the wick when you were wrapping? thanks

both to glow red and the blue flame is about an inch from the wick, I first heat the wick on the blue flame then I move it away but still in line with the heat from the flame and then bring the wire around to it, the wire always on the flame side, it was almost impossible to record this and do it at the same time, but what I have found is as the wire is laying down onto the the hot wick it glows and becomes pliable soft and takes on the contours of the wick and it's irregularities. Hope that helps
