I'm so-so about age restrictions...we have them here, in the B&M's (which I will dearly miss), but rarely enforced via USPS. They won't stop teens from vaping any more than anyone could stop me from smoking as a teenager.I have seen Many Teens vaping. Don't Like it. But it Is what it Is.
I think at some Point people have to Understand that you just Can't Stop Teens from doing some things. Not Condoning or Advocating selling to Minors.
But I think Stopping Teens from Using e-Cigarettes will have about the Same Results, or Slightly worse, than Stopping Teens from Smoking.

But all the FDA did was make a Federal age restriction(even though I think every state has already adopted one), restrict marketing so tobacco products can't target minors(even though they never have), and regulate warning labels(that will inaccurately promote the idea that smoking and vaping carry similar risks). Right?Age Restriction work for a Large Percentage of Teens. But Not for All Teens. I'm for 18+ to buy e-Liquids that contain Nicotine.
But what I don't Like is the FDA say'n that the Other 99% of Deeming needs to be Done because of Teen Use. It's just a Time Honored Traditions of Riding on the Back of One Concept to Promote/Justify and Agenda.
And in this Case, the Agenda seems Very Clear. Make Regulation So Difficult and Expensive that ONLY BT and BV can Survive in a Regulated Market.

I agree with everything except the Age restriction. I won't believe in an age restriction until someone proves that vaping is more harmful than regular consumption of Red Bull. There is no more justification for an age restriction than there is for any of the other regulations, but we can't argue that point because any time a pro vaper makes a statement it's "of course we support an age ban."
If vapers think children need to be protected from vaping, the FDA is right.

Just pointing out that the narrative that the FDA is spinning right now consists of what I posted, not that they're killing the industry with impossible bureaucracy. And as you Mentioned, your State, just like about every Other State, has Similar Laws in Place. So that Didn't really Do Anything. Or effect how an Adult can Buy or Use and e-Liquid/e-Cigarette.
Now the PMTA for ENDS. That's a Different Story.

Not me, but I wish they weren't available only with menthol flavoring. I'm gonna see if I can get one free from some stop smoking service, for dual use. Vape where allowed, inhaler where not. I'll try covering up the menthol with some other flavor. Here's a silly question.... Out of all the ways you tried to quit...did anyone ever try the (FDA approved) Nicotrol inhaler?
What legal challenges? Can you expound on this? The drug route would have killed the market before these last few years of aggressive ecig development, so the tobacco route was definitely the lesser of two evils. This situation still has room for legal challenges, so the game isn't entirely over.
Nope, but if they were serious about people quitting it would be totally covered by insurance which it's not. Facts are there is too much money in people continuing to smoke and die. Here's a silly question.... Out of all the ways you tried to quit...did anyone ever try the (FDA approved) Nicotrol inhaler?
I was just looking at the cost of them...holy hell!!!Nope, but if they were serious about people quitting it would be totally covered by insurance which it's not. Facts are there is too much money in people continuing to smoke and die.

Was it the taste that was so awful? Was the throat hit satisfying?I did. I tried everything; well, almost everything (not Chantix). It's vile!

Never tried Nicotrol. Our insurance didn't cover it, and SOOO expensive. The hospital I worked at went to non-smoking and they gave us Chantix at no cost. 4 days of pure hell!I did. I tried everything; well, almost everything (not Chantix). It's vile!
Every penny!Something to think about. The FDA fast tracks GMO approval but is out to destroy the Vape Industry.
It's all about the money
