If you mean Aquavaporcig - so you don't get confused (like several others have). They sell something they call 510-something or something-510 but it is RN4081 as they state in fine print. 510 and RN4081 are not compatible with each other. It's just what that one vendor, for some unknown reason, calls their RN4081

You can pick up liquid locally at Crossgates Mall at a Kiosk there.

It'll be expensive, don't go crazy, just get a small bottle or two.

If no response, you can call the mall to make sure they're still in business (518.869.9565 Just ask if there is an e-cigarette kiosk in business in the mall still, they were there in November of 2010). Crossgates Mall They're said to carry "Various Starter Kits, E Cig Disposables, E Liquids, and Accessories are now all available right at the Crossgate Mall, for your convenience." and it will keep you going by filling back up your cartridges. Heck, they may even have cartos.

Just don't get talked into another small ecig by these guys! Too expensive (we can point you to some great and inexpensive starter kits when you're ready!).

To buy liquid on line, there are tons of companies. Sales are posted in the Supplier's Forum on ECF. Here is the link:
E Cigarette Suppliers Forum
I suggest getting a few 30ml bottles as soon as you can (most people use around 3ml a day, so you'll go through a 30ml bottle in about 10 days). Make sure to keep extra liquid on hand, order often and keep at least 2 spare atomizers and batteries on hand as soon as you can.

Once you've got your model positively identified, you can order cartos or atomizers on line if you want to keep that mini-cig (though, I'd suggest just getting a different kit such as a Volt cartomizer starter kit when you have the funds to upgrade!).

Feel free to PM me if I can help more Elizaabeth! Good luck hon!

Hi snoobler... welcome to ECF! If you are near the Phoenix area (or wanna drive in) we have a vaping social group that you can join (see the links in my signature file below).

It's her husband with the health issues (that I know of)... elizaabeth is quitting to support her husband's quit effort... and she's using the e-cig. The nicotine in her exhaled vapor shouldn't be a problem for him at all. A zero or low nic. e-cig might be nice for her husband if he struggles though. It certainly would be better than his smoking. :)

Yes exactly true - husband is one with heart problems - I am trying to quit in support of him. He has taken a drag or two off of my ecig when it gets very very hard for him. But I believe that is correct - extremely risky for him to use any nicotine product at all. My ultimate goal is to get off the ecig as well - only use them temporarily as a quitting aid for myself not as a permanent replacement for the tobacco - so definitely want to do the step down. My other concern is I don't know how much I am dosing when using the ecig. So far I have taken it out of the packge 4 times today - had 2 - 4 drags each time then disassembled and put it away to make it harder to access. Want to use it as a means to an end....

Ok, I know what you have, my sister has the same thing and I went to her place today to check it out.

It is a 510 fitting. I used a SR 510 and LR 306 atty on it with no problems, also used a SR 510 carto. Not sure that I would advise using a 306 as i did, it was Low res, and it fired it ok, but for regular use, I would use a standard 510.

Now what I did for her, was to find a joose that she liked, that was similar to what she had in there. It tasted to me like a RY 4. A tobacco flavor kinda sweet. So I took a syringe and filled it with 1 mil of my RY4.

The orange part of that ecig is an atty that is totally enclosed. Meaning you can't seperate the atty from the cart. So I cheated and filled from the bottom. From the bottom where the threads are, there is a small hole there. I slowly added drop by drop the liquid in the syringe. It took approx .75 ml.

Not sure how long that will last you, it lasted her 2 days initially. So now she is able to order some more regular attys from somewhere else, as that place is way to pricey.

She seems to like the unit, just not the price of the refills.

Hope this helps, and sending well wishes to your hubby and you.

Debbie

She was watching the Dr. Oz show. I believe it was where she saw it, and ordered. Also only paid $4.95 for it.

Normally, an atty is used with a cart that has filling in it, and you would seperate the atty from the cart to fill the cart and re assemble to use. If you want to use what you have until it dies, fill from the bottom. You can use cartos or atties on it from what I have seen today. Cartos are a little different, as they are normally all one unit, but they have a rubber stopper that you can remove to fill and refill a cpl times. Your usage will vary, all depends on how you smoke it. Enjoy!

Cartridges only fit on the atomizer they were made for. 510 cartridges fit on a 510 atomizer only, not on any other 510-threaded model's atomizer.

battery + atomizer + cartridge

Cartomizers are self-contained and only have to thread onto the battery. They are also disposable. I can get 10 days use out of a Boge 510 cartomizers with thin clear juices. but I am used to using them.

Debbie that is awesome!

It's sooo hard to identify these from pictures and companies that are doing the freebie e-cig deals use all kinds of brands and don't say anything about models (why would they? They only want you to buy from them!). They start up and close down all the time, and they have the companies put their own branding on. It's hard to keep up with them.

Perfect! The little 510 is a great little e-cig to start off with! From your pictures, it sure looks like you've got cartomizers (the white top is a dead giveaway). 510 cartos can be found so inexpensive! I get mine from CrystalClearVaping. They're made by one of the best companies for cartos (Boge) and the owner, Andrew is great! Crystal Clear Vaping If you want more than one box, they have 3 packs (15 cartos) for $20 Crystal Clear Vaping Still free shipping too I think!

They also have liquid that is decently priced. Might as well get it all from there when you order. There may be a discount code for them as well... try ECF5off

More info on using 510 cartos can be found here:

Happy Vaping Elizaabeth!!

Hi and Welcome - sending good wishes to you and your hubby. I purchased a similar kit - Smoke Free Electronic Cigarette | SmokeFreeOnline.com - battery life was bad and spent over $100 in 2 weeks on cartos (they were supposed to be the equivalent of 5 packs of cigarettes each - were NOT). I can send you some sanitized (boiled) used cartos if you are in a pinch. The ecig looks identical to the one in the pictures here. PM me if you think it would help.

At the risk of being redundant, the $200 I spent on this kit in total couldv'e bought a Provari. Try not to throw too much good $$ after bad. A good kit can be purchased for < $40

I happen to own this unit. It's a 510, but the stock charger is a bit short for standard 510 batteries. The cartos and battery are a little wider than average. I had a ton of data on this company but I posted on Steve Heilg's "pack of lies" site, but it was since removed.

Mattzuke, I'm glad someone who owns this commented. I went from a vGo (ego clone) to a Reo. Never tried the in betweens. So I wouldn't have know about that stock charger. My sister has had her unit for only a cpl of days and its doing ok for her, but she will be buying something more. Thanks for the info.

Debbie

No worries, if it wasn't for the center post being a little bit more recessed than average this would make a fine case of more standard 510 gear. The charger is the same shape as quite a few KR8 chargers. I tracked down the company that made it at one point, but that info was lost, but regardless the company formally known as knightsticks isn't taking a loss selling these puppies for $5. To be fair, I liked the cartos on it, not $8 worth, but still they were nice.

Ok, now this is making a bit more sense if the cartos and batteries are wider than a 510...

I'd about bet this is a L88b (also known as Volcano, Sidesho, Blu, 3Dom. This Model is also compatible with the VX2 and J118 model as well as the Joye 510 and similar 510 models such as VX2 (which may just be a J118 or L88b).

The 510 atomizers and cartomizers are compatible with the batteries, but there a a few differences such as the diameter.

There are several Chinese companies who make the L88b (as well as 510 models that are compatible with the Joye 510) such as Jieshibao. Some members refer to the L88b as reverse polarity 510s.

IF this is in fact a L88b... the PCC for a L88b has reversed polarity so you can't charge 510 batteries in it. It will ruin the PCC and the batteries. Most of the batteries out there are made with the positive on the center post and negative on the outer casing. The L88b is in reverse. Never try to charge a 510 or other battery on the L88b PCC or it's chargers.

You can identify reverse polarity with a multimeter. Here's instructions (by member TomCatt)
If you have a digital multimeter you can easily check the battery polarity. 'Normal' batteries have the center contact as positive and the threaded portion as the negative. Place the red lead from the multimeter on the battery center contact and the black lead from the multimeter on the metal rim of the battery contact. With manual batteries you will also have to push the button on the battery (very tricky, but can be done - I've managed it ). If you get a reading on the multimeter with a negative sign in front of it, then the polarity is reversed; if there is not a negative sign in front of reading, the polarity is 'normal'.

ETA:
Harbor Freights has a cheap multimeter ($5) Digital Multimeter - Save on this 7 Function Digital Multimeter

Perhaps someone else who has this and has a multimeter can check it??

This model stuff is enough to give you a headache. No wonder so many people just give up and go back to smoking after they buy one of these.

I actually put it on my meter, and got a -0, thought I was doing something wrong. Tried it a couple times, then she told me the batt was probably dead and put it on the charger. So I will try again next time I see her. May be a week or so as she lives 2 cities over, takes about an hour to get there. And with gas prices the way they are....sad days lol. Any way, I will try again and let u know what I find out.
