This is my first and it's a GGTS from COV.
I was expecting a brass telescope, but hey I love SS... and i know the brass tele. is going to be avail. soon!
It's pleasantly not as big as i thought it might be.

Thanks for the great GG manual on PDF for whoever did those amazing diagrams, but i have no idea what to do first.

I'll try to get the button unlocked, and follow what i can on PDF Manual.

How one gets an atty on the connector have yet to discover.

I now know what the CR and CT stand for... any help would be appreciated!

that is what i am looking forward to using for my iatty, which is currently set up a 2.8 Ohm... might be a good in between resistance for 3.7 or 6v?

I know Scot the reviewer loves these things and i hope he has some tutorial.

Granted all goes well, i will be ready for the brass tele, the Stealth cap, the UFS, and the VV module when Imeo is.

To use you iAtty you are going to have to take off the overflow tank and draw contoll ring or use adapters. You can use a retheader and 901 to 510 adapter with the top cap off or 2 adaptes 510-901 and 901-510 and keep the cap on. Diagram 2 page 5 shows the connector cap the collector tank and the draw controll ring.

i've been looking forward to using the draw control because the iatty is a bit airy for me...so do i use the adapters ?

ukeman, put the rethreader on, then a 901 to 510, remove the brass cap (that surrounds a normal 510 atty) Now attach your iAtty, you will be able to use the air control. (it's spectacular with the iAtty and a must IMHO)

If the draw is still a bit airy, place a small oring over the two holes on the iAtty connection, and then reattach it. It will make the draw a lot less airy and more controllable.

Ok so I would personally go with a 510-901 adapter connected directly to the connector cap then the 901 to 510 adapter connected to the 510 to 901 then the iatty at the end. If your adapters sit flush with the top cap then you are golden if they sit a little higher then the top cap you may need an o ring just big enough to fit over the adapter to close the grooves cut into the adapter.

Tried Ricks method... (we'll have to sticky these both)... and yep, the control ring works great.... too bad i had to take the brass ring cap off though... it looks so cool.
If i use Fright's way i can keep it on, maybe, and then deal with air control with an o-ring.... anyone know the correct size for that 510 thread ?

I am taking my first draws of my new GGTS with 7.2 volts! haha... my iatty is 2.8 to 3.0 Ohm and 3.7 doesn't cut it... and my 3v batts are charging. At least i'll be cleaning the coil off with HV.

thanks fright.... new question... i'm afraid to tighten the bottom section to snug the batt until i'm sure it's ok... how far can i snug it down onto the spring? it's a little loose right now.

You may not need an o ring with the 2 adapter method mine sits flush with 2 adaptersnon all 3 of my ggts however with my old alum connector cap it stuck up a few mm
