I don't have any issues with posting in the forums - but when creating emails/PM's - cannot use Enter (to form paragraphs)... IE10.x

Sometimes - when replying to someone's Email/PM, I can...otherwise am having to use MS Word and copy/paste into the pm's box... and after that - still can not use Enter...grrr

Thanks - wish I could report that that solved the problem; sadly though, not the case.

Went from Med-High to Med (as suggested) - restarted IE10.. no change, same for after doing a hard-refresh (clearing cookies/cache, etc) and even restarting the system.

Relatively clean Win7 32 - IE10.x no special anything - all set to defaults (EFC and otherwise). :::shrug:::

ETA:
Went and downloaded/installed FireFox (for giggles) - no editing/Pressing Enter issue w/it. So, seems isolated to IE (or IE10.)

Check your adblocker settings. I believe in the past this has been the solution for IE users that have had this issue.

Thanks OS - it's an oddity. Ad Blocker on IE10 isn't turned on by default, so I turned it on (Safety>>Tracking Protection>>installed EasyList Standard) - refreshed, and same issue. Disabled it - refreshed - same result.

Not a deal-breaker, but is frustrating. Doesn't seem to occur anywhere else (forum posts, classified feedback, or even profiles), just initial PM's that I try to create (just sent a reply to someone who replied to a PM I had to initially edit in MS Word - Enter works..) .... head-scratcher.

Thanks tiburonfirst - I went trough some of the 'styles' (which is what I was assuming you were referring to) - no change, but thanks to doing so - I stumbled upon the solution.

When creating an email/PM - the Icon/Button in the top-left switches between WYSIWYG and Source Modes (default seems to be WYSIWYG Mode) - switching to Source Mode solves the problem of the enter button not functioning.. Yay..

(p.s., It's same editing function when creating a forum post, but (for me at least) the default seems to have been Source Mode, so it never affected my forum posts. Live and learn... - why this happens in IE10 and not Firefox - or perhaps other browsers, is beyond me.)
