Also look at the thread call FSusa haters...oh it starts with a rant related to Eliquidplanet post. Someone thought they were talking about them...theres a link on first posting...turns out the guy was talking about Eliquidplanet and not FSUSA... Take a look at those two threads. Might be interesting read...just sayin??????

Pamela and I are no cult. neither are the folks who buy from us. It is strange to us how all of this goes. We have 7 kids. We have employees we already have enough drama in our lives. Posts liek this only fuel the fire of drama. We aren't a part of it. Why would you even suggest we are???
Pamela is from New York Just like you. Amityvile to be specific. Even she has to question a post like this...

Why is there so much weirdness and drama surrounding this vendor? Sheesh, if someone posts an even slightly negative review of FSUSA the reviewer gets pounced on, verbally bullied and their posts get picked apart and manipulated.

Is FSUSA an e-liquid supplier or a freaking cult religion? Too strange.

What i find "strange" is that whenever there is any negative posting about FUSA it seems that the same cast of characters crawl out of the woodwork to fan the flames and bash everyone who defends the company or states that they are happy with them. Frankly, I can understand the fans looking to share their happiness with others much more than those who go out of their way to kvetch and share their bile.

It is, and I am sorry that your experience wasn't better. I have been happy with FSUSA. Both their product and their service.

I agree, Cookie. I'm not a "fan" of any particular vendor(s), but I think FSUSA generally deserves the positive feedback they get. If people have good experiences and report that, I think it's fine. We also need to hear about bad experiences as well, as long as they are constructive and don't get into the realm of personal attacks.

I personally vape 2 of their flavors regularly. There are a few that I've tried that I didn't like, but that doesn't mean there was anything wrong with the product - I just didn't find it to be to my taste. I have had only good experiences with my orders from FSUSA, and until I have a super bad one, or start finding out that the majority of their customers are having bad experiences, I'll keep purchasing from them. I hope David and Pamela keep up the great work, and I hope they find continued success with their business!

well the issue with posting anything about a vendor as I well know..there will always be those vendor groupies you might have to contend..the simple fact remains if you order something and its paid it should be fullfilled..the post office is a whole other issue
since there is no other way for this stuff to be shipped or only a couple vendors that have another option your sorta at thier mercy. enough time has passed and hopefully they will help get your order to you.

The OP received his order in 7 days after shipment.

Just my 2cents on this...As being a seller online. I feel it's not the buyers responsibilty to track a shipment...It should be up to the seller to make sure all his/her items get to there destinations. If a buyer inquires about a shipment. An answer of I will look into it and get back to you as quickly as I can...

I think that's all the OP was looking for...Why should the buyer have to track down his own shipment?

I use to work in customer service for a very large company, if a product fell outside of our estimated window (and yea in this situation it would be outside of the window) we would ship another one and just have the customer put "Return to Sender"..and I believe refused works as well... on whichever one they got second...as long as we received the extra shipment back there was zero problems with this situation. I am assuming the same could be done with ejuice. Since this was sent out priority mail this would have been an easy fix, the company would have to soak up the shipping cost on the second order but for us this was normally not as important as customer satisfaction (then again our orders were normally $60 and way way up)

For what its worth, I have ordered from this vendor in the past. my order, (in my opinion was taking to long) so I complained. Very quickly we verbally communicated and things were squared away. As a result, I now have a new favorite daily vape and just ordered 120 ml bottle of the sample David sent me in that order.

Right now they have a 1/2 price sale going on and in my opinion hand make some of best juice I have ever vaped.

I have a fuse shorter than most but during my reading of this post I actually placed a fresh order with them. lets all enjoy whatever it is were vaping and move on to another subject.:vapor::vapor::vapor:

Well said. If we all heed your last sentence we'll all be happier vapers!

So david u keep avoiding the answer to two very simple question.

Why did u state here that u offered me a 30% discount when u never did?
Why did u accuse me of threatening u when I never did?

Like I said before its one thing to have a bad customer service but u make it personal when u lie about what I have done.

I beg u, pls show proof of thoses two things and i will happily go about my way

I'm not defending anyone's actions nor am I taking sides in this debate but there is a rule on ECF about posting actual emails or PMs. I can understand why David would be hesitant to do so as it would be breaking a rule.

That being said, having read this entire thread a few times now, I truly feel sorry for your situation and I'm sorry that the two of you couldn't come to some sort of agreement which wouldn't involve dragging each other through the mud.

My first order from FSUSA got lost, Military Post does that a lot, it took a few weeks but Dave sent out a replacement.

As for the whole "who's responsibility is it" topic, it goes both ways. Some places, including big name businesses, say it's on the customer to deal with USPS and get a refund through them. NewEgg is one of the worst, while they will refund if a shipment is lost they make Military Post users wait TWO MONTHS before doing so.

Actually ECF allows posting emails or PMs as long as the sender agrees to theiir posting.
