@del that was the first issue i had. Then it was okay. Then i re did and got the low ohms. And now they're not firing at all. I know it's confusing, but that's the issue.

OK this might be a dumb question but what is the best size and way to cut and size out the mesh?? The ones I had made are to lose in the hole, and I can't find my ruler.

OK so are you rolling the mesh up with a wire or paper clip like in Dan's videos?

I start it and use a hypodermic needle or a plastic coated paper clip to finish rolling with
The needle has a pink connector on it

I don't use anything as it's so small and I roll it as soon as it's done sitting in the boiling water. Then again I'm use to rolling the mesh. Whatever you need to do. Nice bunch of Line there KC

I don't want to sound arrogantly, but I take a piece of mesh then start rolling it with my fingers and when I have the thicknes of my desire I cut it. The same is with lenght, I shove it done the line and cut the excess. After that I start and oxidise it in ways that are all over the ecf. With mods like provari oxidising the mesh must be done very intently...

Nothing arrogant about that. Thats the way I do it, rolling it I mean. I do follow one procedure to the letter each time. I never have issue, so I don't want to change oxidizing method.
