Maybe stupid question, but are you sealed the top cap?OK I rolled with paperclip used Dan's oxidizing method no shorts BUT... flooding and juice in mouth low vapor and muted flavor???
Gone through a tank of juice in a half hour because sucking it up into my mouth .
I don't use a paperclip or a needle, that makes a tube and if you are not careful that is a straw to suck juice. Try rolling with just your fingers and pretty tight, you want a wick and not a tube.OK I rolled with paperclip used Dan's oxidizing method no shorts BUT... flooding and juice in mouth low vapor and muted flavor???

.....One thing we noticed is that wrapping the kanthal could produce inconsistent results w/ vapor, resistance, etc. Some of us used ferrules like these to make the connection more stable.
Just a thought.
I don't have a Line (yet) but did have the Hybrid from 'peaceoffcake'. I notice the Line uses silver wire like ours did.

Can you show us the setup turbo?
How can it fire if no Vapor?Guys, got it to fire on my silver bullet. But no vapor. And the spring on my SB is sinking becoming flat and not springy. Any ideas why? Is it a short?
I don't have my Hybrid anymorebut... here are some from 'jens'. He was using different ferrules than us (his were larger diameter), but the concept is similar. The link I posted earlier fit the Hybrid's 1mm silver wire just right.
Others who didn't use the ferrule's mentioned that a wire wrapping tool like this worked well.
The key is to get a good tight connection, so there are a couple options. Of course there's always the screw/spring idea too![]()
So what do you do? Crimp the silver wire and the coil wire with one of these??
it looks like 1 mm silver wire
