As a workaround, you could start off with an empty Line. If you wait to fill it till pressure altitude has stabilized, it shouldn't leak back out of the Line. I could be wrong though..... it wouldn't be the first time :)

LOL that would work but could get messy in turbulence, besides I like to vape on the way up.

It's not as bad as you think, it just takes a while to get used to it and become a master. I made my own Genisis atty a while back. It took me about a week to get good at it, to learn what worked, what didn't, it just takes time. It took me 8 hours the first time attempting to even fire it Haha

Hmm, don't like the idea of a wire wrapped terminal. Would it be easy to modify for screws? The Bulli A2-T uses screw terminals I believe. How would you compare the Line to a Bulli A2-T with an SS wick?

Wire wrap terminals are great if the terminal was square. The tech for this is old and proven even the space program used wire wraped terminals till the end. I guess we do not have any telephone repair people as vapers or they just do it without knowing why just that it works..

With a square terminal the wire when wrapped bites into each corner so a 4 wrap would give 16 connections.

This from a Wiki on wire wrap.
A correctly designed wire-wrap tool applies up to twenty tons of force per square inch on each joint.

Wire wrap is almost a forgotten tech having been replaced by newer tech for quite awhile, except in some telephone systems which still use it today...

Just to sum it up for wire wrap to work properly the terminal post must be square...

There a little history for everyone...

Well than you will get some shorts

Surely The Queen Thinks That You Must Be Referring To Clothing Perhaps?

As Long As The Mesh Does Not Make Any Contact With The Metal In The Bottom Of The Juice Tank,

The Queen
Most Certainly Will Not!!!:thumb:
Look At Stefano's! Wait, Ya Also Tried Telling Him The Same Thing As HRH Recalls Now Too...:vapor:

The Queen

I got ahold of an extra from DRat.... thanks D.
I have only worked with an iatty before, a few coils, and I find the Line just too simple. (watch i probably just jinxed it) ... first try, after watching Mario's vid it worked just as he laid it out.
I used 32 Kanthal and some 365 mesh from DRat.
Wrapped about 2 - 3 x's and just folded it around the posts and she metered a steady 1.9 Ohms.

I am pleasantly surprised by the slightly tight draw on this #054 Line. Was afraid it might be too airy, but not the case.

The taste is great but I feel it needs to wick much more juice on to the wick. It reminds me of what the ego tank is trying to achieve and never quite could in my experience; get enough juice and vapor.
The vapor is not bad, I just know with better wicking this thing will come into its own.

So i guess I'll try the hole in the wick between the 1 and 2 wraps or the 2 and 3....

Right now I'm vaping at 3.9v and dripping it too; for awesome vaping.

The first setup I made, 5 minutes after I have received, took me 5 minutes and it still working great. The second line I have not been able to get it correct. Same setup, mesh all good, no shorts but no consistent way of getting the ohm right. I have no patience anymore for today. One line is working with .20 Kanthal. At least something...I don't give up but will wait for others to report back that they have the greatest flavor ever and the setup is stable as a rock on a Provari.

They are all build the same way. It is all up to you. It will work the way you make it work.
On provari use 0.15mm kanthal and you will get stable ohm. Stefano just made some tweaks
and it works better that way, more juice on the mesh. I never use any type of genesis on VV device
untill 3 days ago. I was mad at my equipment becouse i cant make it work and getting low ohm
, but when i use 0.15 kanthal it just start working like it should. I made 10 setups just to make sure
and they all work the same way 3-4 wraps 2.5-2.7ohm.

Been playing with the LINE for a couple hours now, and just a new discovery... The LINE has a tank at the bottom and it wicks up the mesh roll.
I was dripping it because i wanted more vapor that what it would wick up...
So i tried tilting it so the juice would roll up to the coil area and viola....
I am really loving it so far. !!!
I have it on a Provari set at 3.9v and the resistance of coil is 1.9 Ohm.
This is the best vape I've had so far, and to think it is a solid unit that will last and last.
If I can get this kind of vape on the first try, I feel pretty good about the LINE.
Thanks shpaolin and crew.

so after reading thru the rest of this Thread, at least now I know I'm oxidizing and wrapping my Kanthal right. The pics and other stuff posted here has ALL been most helpful. "Thank You!" to everyone here who has posted. I'm new to the Genisis Line but I really like it. I have yet to wrap consistent coils, but with practise I know it'll get better.
"Happy Vaping"
PS - And so with this Posting, I hereby declare my independence from:
- Chinese made batteries
- Chinese made e-juice
- Chinese made atties
Basically, that's my tiny part in helping the US Trade Deficit LOLOL.
Just my 2 cents....... *takes another toke here* LOL
