I see some people have shorted their units to the point where they need to send them back. How does this happen and why? I just wanna make sure I never short mine...

Like the guys dual coil a few posts back. Normally the failure is from the isolator in the 510 connector that fails, due to over tightening the connector on the mod. It cuts the isolator and grounds out.

Do you mean the protective sleeve that runs along the silver wire that goes down into the tank?

I would guess that if the mesh wick is not oxidized properly it would also short out?

Internal short , we had few people claiming that they had internal short.
2 of them did in fact had something like that. Sleeve around silver wire
was damaged during manufacturing. Other two , where normal working units but
people could not make a decent setup , so instead of asking for help they decided to return the units as faulty.
They will have their money back and no Lines.

I like it, the heating area of 8 coils at low ohms, 3 or 4 wraps never give me the vaper volume I like so I use 7 or 8 wraps at 2.8 ohms 5 to 6v. Will try this at a lower voltage and compare. You have by far the best atty on the market, thank you.
