It's..different. Not sure I like it, but don't think I hate it, either.
Can I get my XFormer in 'plain' and I'll coat, or leave as is?

I don't think it is ugly at all. I think we just got used to the shiny silver. I especially like the pink one.
Oh Rejoice, Your at no fault. I'm sure we're all guilty of that. Speaking the mind is what really matters in this world. If its nice or harsh the Truth is the root, and criticism is always needed for perfection. I'm the same way also and suffer from footinmouth syndrome. I think it looks terrible in the picture too but a video may indeed show it for what it really looks like.

a non-metal booton would solve the whole problem !!!!!!!
and it would be a cheaper option than the coatings,
and it would allow GG to remain in her original
beautiful, pristine, shining -- silver party dress............

Won't hate you Rejoice. In fact I am following your travails very closely because my new Nano is rather inconsistent, sometimes it won't vape at all, other times it's just OK, I'm using several 901 atties with it. It's good to see your photos but I'm having trouble understanding the instructions - so what's new?

hey di there are non-conductive medals out there but with two draw backs, the cost and the medals are soft. so if you still like the medal look maybe you should look into it IMEO.Sakiss, ---

but either way i think the gold is beautiful...looks almost hand made the body.
scratch that....tungsten carbid rings actually have a spray on non conductive layer. ....there are materials out there that are very strong like some polymers...that are non conductive....I think carbon fiber is conductive but IM not sure

Imeo... I agree with Di on this. Although I like the brass button, I don't think a nice black (protected) button would detract from the beauty and simplicity of the GG at all. A quick, easy, inexpensive and attractive fix to the problem.
