BUT I know it is not a problem with the GG 510 adapter because the 510 attys from eastmall.net don't leak at all.

So now I only use the 510 attys I bought from eastmall.net - they are only $8.00 and are working AOK with the GG.
Yes, it's not the adapter neither the atty.
I did more tests and screwing to maximum acceptable force with the right tools.
It's the golden cap (ato side) the problem in my humble opinion. It's like the external threading is not good enough for the adapter.

More testing of the 510 before I vote though. Not yet decided. 901 is great too but yes it feels smoother... we'll see. One of the most important thing for me is the taste reproduction.
That's nice to have spare parts ! A small problem but I can still test the 510 with the silver cap ;)

2 birds indeed ladies. Ah man you gals had me cracking up while trying to drink piping hot coffee!

Fred, it definitely sounds like the cap's center pole isn't making the connection it needs to the atom, on the bottom side of the cap, unscrew the nut a little and see if you can push the plate up a hair or two. The adapter does screw on a lot deeper than expected, so that part is normal, we just need that pin to make its contact.

That really looks like it's the problem indeed. Well seen ! Thanks.
I see that when comparing the silver and golden caps.
I found the exact tool to unscrew it. I am not sure how to do once unscrewed. It looks pretty strongly screwed.

Trying more... Imeo stop me if you think I am doing wrong :p

Iken - does your GG get warm when you take several consecutive puffs with it with the 510 adapter?

I've got my hand on it and it's warm, but not as warm at the atty.

I'm wondering if some of the heat from the atty is being transferred back to the GG.

I just woke up and lol I'm using it like a binky right now.

Hola mamu, mine does too. I take out the batteries and they are cold. I feel the battery end cap and its cold.
I beleive the reason why Gg gets warm is because of our own body heat of physically holding it. The metal is just absorbing our heat. :D Try holding it by your thumb and index finger while pressing down the button by your middle finger for a few consecutive puffs. The only warm places will be where your touching.;)

I just had my finger tips holding it puffin away when the whole body case got warm to the touch. Hadn't had that happen before. But, alas - I wuz really workin it.

Mamu, I hope that you use 2 batteries that came from the same charger and full charged. Am I right? Smoke GG only this way, dont mix batteries.

The GG may transfer the heat. Its good for the atty. I dont know what you mean by heat but yes it gets a little warm, nothing special to mention.:)

Yes, I only use batteries and charger I'm suppose to.

You're right - cuz I was tokin on the GG too much the heat from the atty was transferred back across the adapter and to the GG body.

Everything is good. Got... to... not... toke... too... fast :D

I need a bit of help from you wonderful guys & gals :)

First off, even though i primed the atomiser that I got with my GG with a few drops of juice, it burnt out within a few minutes. Tried a couple of more atties & within a short time they where both dead :(

I sort of remembered reading that it could help adjusting the button so I unscrewed the end cap (nearest one to the button) & that's when I discovered that the fitting inside was turned to one side. It's just sort of loose & swivelling about. Sorry I know I'm not describing that well & I'm sure there must be some info for tightening it up somewhere ?

The little axis witch is vertical to button's corm must be look in front. If its turned to one side, then turn it with you finger to front position (so the little silver bolt look straight at you) and put the front cap again. Then put the batteries and the back (atomizer's) cap and smoke again.

ps....... if the front cap does not close corectly please inform me:)

Thanks Imeo, I've done that & the cap has now kept the silver bolt in place & yes there is a white grommet on the inside of the white cap but no gold disk.

Have just tried vaping again with yet another new atomiser & after 2 puffs that atomiser has died :( I guess i must be doing something so wrong :(
