I'll show you how ooSTURMoo, taught me to prepare the heater:

Together with the resistance wire, put two pieces of silver wire. Ends of these wires bent.

Turn two types of wire, leaving a long silver

Bend the wires to the top

We draw one rubber O-ring and insert prepared heater inside

Thats a new way to do it only drawback I see to your method is ohm accuracy as I am very much a 1.25 to 1.5ohm @ 3.7v or 2.5 to 3.0ohm @ 7.4v vaper.... but it is a new way of doing it for sure...

I could not cope in a traditional way. ooSTURMoo invented especially for me a different kind of connection. For me it is easier.
