Yes that is one size I order in quantity (the 2mm x 1mm). There is absolutely no substitute for having them on hand when you need them. Being pretty OCD about some things like that, I try to make sure I have a minimum of 6 full sets for each GG device.

At the prices of them, it is one luxury to be able to have too many on hand. I personally use oringsUSA .

Their per piece prices are lower than the O-Ring store but they make it up on the shipping. I do like the fast shipping and well documented (size and quantity) thick plastic zip lock baggies they use as well. It's really just a matter of psersonal preference though as long as you have what you might need on hand! ;)

Thank you for doing my shop seeking for me :)

Thanks for that link, Major :toast: I did get spare sets from CoV, but have since used a couple out of each one and need to replenish. I like the convenience of buying the sets, but sometimes it's good to be able to get individuals in bulk since it seems certain o-rings fail more often than others ;-)

Hello UFS v2 nijas;

Mine has started leaking and I was wondering if I may request some advice. After filling the tank and settling in for an evening reading and vaping I noticed that the juice was slowly leaking from the air holes below the air control rings. Inspecting the UFS I also noticed the juice level had dropped below the window. Now not enough juice had leaked for the tank to empty...just like a mil maybe. So the juice dropped into the collector?? When I took a draw it was like...so stiff..... like I was trying to suck on a straw of a very thick milkshake. After which the draw became smooth and the juice reappeared in the window. So I am guessing it's an oring issue....but which oring?? Just replace them all??? or is there something I am missing here?
....................................................................................

Thank you

I ordered up 10 orings of every flavour as described in the OP.
They arrived and I decided to replace every oring on the UFS.
I'm a visual person so I downloaded:

GGTS User Guide - English Version - 11-05-2011.pdf

Opened the pdf...... looked it over....reread the OP and......

Ok...this is from the pdf titled GGTS User guide English Version dated 11-05-2011

Diagram 1 – UFS Tank Assemmbly exploded – Part list"
ITEM QTY DESCRIPTION
1 1 UFS Tank Bottom
2 1 14 x 1,5 O-Ring
3 1 Clear Tank Section
4 1 16 x 1,5 O-Ring
5 1 18 x 1,5 O-Ring
6 1 UFS Tank Top
7 1 UFS Top Cap
8 1 9 x 2,0 O-Ring
9 1 510 Atomizer (Reference)
10 1 510 Atomizer Extension
11 1 5 x 1,5 O-Ring
12 1 UFS MouthPiece

This is the USF oring guide from the OP

new UFS
9x1,5 (2) connector
17x1,5 (2) between connector and CT
2x1 (2) inside connector
21x1,5 CR
17x1,5 upper sleeve
16x1,5 lower sleeve
5x1,5 extension 510
9x2 under mouthpiece
10/1,5 under mouthpiece if you use the new 510 extension
14x1,5 base of UFS
4x1,5 under the pin
17x1 between upper sleeve and refilling cap

#5 from the pdf is the oring between the upper sleeve and refilling cap... I think..... says 18 x 1.5
the oring guide in OP says 17 x 1.5

There is a similar discrepancy in the collection tank diagram/item description...
again it is 18 x 1.5 (UFS Collector Tank Core)

I ordered all my orings based upon OP's description, not thinking to compare against the pdf........
so I do not have an 18 x 1.5
LOL...guess I should have ordered the store.

Anywhoooos ....which is correct?

Thank you :)

The o-rings listed in this thread are the correct o-rings the PDF was made some time ago and this thread is updated regularly.

Which Mode are you referring to?

3 x 2mm for all modes except UFS Mode
1.78 x 1.78mm in the slot at the end of the center pin for UFS mode

It shows this information on the Illustrations and also at the beginning of this post.
For regular short mode, but actually I need both of those.

Thanks for this, Imeo. Would hate to end up foiled some day by one bad o-ring.

Thought I'd go ahead and add the McMaster numbers for the UFS ones:
http://www.mcmaster.com/#o-rings/=gtmve0

Code:
9/1,5 9262K126 (2) connector
16/1,5 9262K125 (2) connector, lower sleeve
2/1 9262K101 (2) inside connector
21/1,5 9262K642 CR
17/1,5 9262K132 upper sleeve
5/1,5 9262K121 extension 510
9/2 9262K173 under mouthpiece
14/1,5 9262K634 base of UFS
4/1,5 9262K422 under the pin

Total cost for 100 of each: $53.37

If anyone is interested in, say, 1/2 or 1/4 of that, let me know. :p

Hi,

isn't it the other way round (new and old style)?

Odysseus short mode

16x1,5 (2) Odysseus base, between refilling cap and body
3x1,78 or 3x2 under center pin
9x2 between caps

Odysseus short mode (new rebuildable style)

16x1,5 (2) Odysseus base, between refilling cap and body
3x1,78 or 3x2 under center pin
9x2 between caps
3x2 (under the center post's top nut)

And another question: Shouldn't it be 3x1,78 or 3x2 (all modes exept UFS mode) AND 3x2 (under the center post's top nut) for the Odysseus full set?

Odysseus

16x1,5 (5) fat Odysseus base, between refilling cap and body, on the 2 sides of the clear window, GGTS Odysseus base
1,78x1,78 (2) around the small slot in the base of the pin (UFS mode) and above center pin (in all modes)
3x1,78 under center pin (all modes exept UFS mode)
9x1,5 inside 510 cone
6x1,5 top of the CE2 adapter
11x1 thin Odysseus base (dripping mode)
9x2 between caps

Odysseus short mode

16x1,5 (2) Odysseus base, between refilling cap and body
3x1,78 or 3x2 under center pin
9x2 between caps
