Thanks to Rj and Suzi for concern re my Nano. I've managed to peel a strip of emery from a nail file and I think it's improved performance.
I chose the Nano because of reports of 6v killing 901 atties, and not being able to go the extra £50-100 to get the Grant or Transformer with 510 adapter, atties and carts (apart from weight considerations).
Isn't there a stronger battery than 3.6v that can be used with the Nano? If not, why not? (Cos I like to know these things)

I'm afraid not, scylla. As to the why... someone else is going to have to answer that one. I wonder if the 510 adaptor would help? The electrostatic paint was..interesting. Not terrible, just different, but not sure I liked it. Withthe brass or gold coloring, it sorta reminded me of an antique sex toy, maybe cool for the ladies, but umm...

The solution for 5volt you asked is not the resistor or diode or battery or anything else. Its a surprise. Its an amazing solution. I will, not speak until I make it. It has other benefits exept the volts. You will vape the heaven then.

If you keep on updating, soon GG will be able to dive to the store, buy eggs and cheese, come home and make us an omolette........
