Good morning, everyone.

Good luck with the move, jpf. I'm sure if any of us were closer that we'd pitch in to help!

I noticed that Count's theme has been palm/coconut trees in the wind for the last couple days or so. Very appropriate and enjoyable from my point of view.

I thought of you when I hit on trees in the wind... so I started looking for palms.

TODAY ..I brought "The Donuts"!!

@jpf880 ..yessir, indeed. That's why I brought the donuts...donuts and coffee..standard fare before a move...I also brought my traffic cones to help direct traffic..

And I think Fuzzy's wife is bringing one of her delicious covered dishes, right @Fuzzy Thunderbear??!

7/26 - 1: Good morning night all, be safe jpf. Uncle is right I had to move all of our stuff alone and it is no fun.

Alas..I bet most of us have been thru a move ..This last (I doubt it'll be "the" LAST) time I had the luxury of having company movers descend on me...wrap everything..and I do mean just about EVERYTHING...(even the push lawn mower and chainsaw) ..then they even unwrapped ALL kitchen stuff at the new place...SW-eeet!! ...ALTHO..(Funny Story Spoiler Alert..) .. ...these last guys were very young..and very urban...I told them to watch out for black widows and scorpions..and they were all freaked out. After they left, I noticed they had "ditched" a large John Audubon lithoprint and frame in the coat closet..odd..cuz they picked it up several times..on closer inspection I saw there was a "small" long dead scorpion between the litho and frame backing...too funny!

Yes @tiggerrts ..moving on your own is NO FUN (been there too sev times) ..remember wheeling an engine stand (WITH engine still attached down porch and up van ramp alone...course when you are mad and Pee-d off..it helps....that's why I hope to bring a bit of humor for @jpf880 today...Ironically, our sense of HUMOR seems to VACATE when we get stressed...like when MOVING! But that's the time we really need it..well..or at least looking in hindsight
