@Ken1979 - all I can say to you is "Kids these days I swear" hahaha.. that is the first thing I thought when I saw your post, simply because it never occurred to me to scan my xrays and mri's! You seem to have had a good surgeon, that looks very neat and pretty... I do wonder why they didn't use titanium in your back though.

@mac63 I had to laugh when you spoke of the devil and fools. Sorry you are having a bad day .. hopefully Wednesday will be better for you!

Good mornin'nite everyone. I am vaping an e-juice this morning for the second morning in a row that tastes like kids cereal. I am sitting here thinking this will be my morning go-to juice for a while, and thinking too bad they cannot come up with a nice biscuits and gravy.. lol. You know, e-juice has some weight loss potential if you think about it. "No need for breakfast or dessert, just vape!" hahaha

I have decided that you all here on ecf have completely ruined me, I went from vaping the same flavor all day to having 4 tanks and switching off periodically through the day now..

I hope everyone either had a great day, or a wonderful night with great rest!

I will go with a wintertime photograph I took, again within walking distance to my house.

I hope every one had as good a weekend as they could! My was lazy on one hand and busy on the other. None of my usual stuff so it felt lazy but we were traveling all around so it felt busy lol

Please don't ever feel like you cant vent. Chronic pain and intense pain are frustrating to deal with. Feeling like you've lost the ability to be your full self is difficult even for the strongest among us! If you cant vent here then theres a problem!!

Prayers for ongoing strength of character and as much healing as can be to you and all the treefam who suffer

its vape mail day!! If my packages don't show as out for delivery soon, I'm going postal stalker and going to the office I know they ae sitting at lol. I *might* not be as anxious but one of the packages is the flavors I need to try and work up a multilevel vanilla juice for hubby and now that my last creation is becoming a local fave I'm ready to try my hand at another unique yummy to share with my new PA friends!!

The last ones I ordered only work on my phone(both are the same phones) ordered 7 different ones hoping at least one will charge her phone

My PT2 airflow adapters arrived. Not terribly exciting vape mail, but good backup supplies Just popping in to watch for results of some other contests that are supposed to be decided today (crossing fingers for the one - it's a biggie)

Three hours and two cups of coffee into this workday - MOAR COFFEE!!!!!!!
