YAY!! Internet is BACK!!

Well...that certainly was not fun..but I learned some tricks for using my Google pad to post ...that I would not have EVEN tried to teach myself if the internet would act right.

Well I had my first full night of monitoring my sleep on that Sleep as Android program...I did not get to bed until 1/2 hour later than my target bedtime...but I def slept better

...with the help of a sleep aid, as I needed to maximize the healing after my neck PT yesterday.
Now..listen up you folks who have become immune to the effects of your coffee...I read something that suggests that if you are awakened ..say by an alarm..at the wrong time in your sleep cycle...you will be all kinds of out of sorts...because you jolted your body out from a deeper sleep cycle...ideally you might try having your alarm wake you when you are in a light sleep....AND..it just so happens that this sleep monitoring program...which costs me all of a $1 on Google App store..($1 period...NOT $1/day,etc,etc)....this program has a feature where it figures your cycles and will wake you during a light sleep pattern as opposed to a
rem or deep sleep...making it easier for you to wake and feel more awake....
Course , I know we are all busy...just throwin this out there..Those who will see this, will see this...those who will not will not

Sort of like how some of you know I have 2 cute brothers ( and one of them is downright ornery) and others of you are like

.."What's Katz goin on about now??! "
