Y A W N . . . Because of nasty weather (and maybe the ankle), wifey let me sleep in this morning (the old body needed it) and Tigger (the cat) wanted snuggles (unusual - he's normally a Lannie snuggler; it's the gurl cats who snuggle me). Only 46 degrees outside, raining and windy (no outside work for me today, but stuff can still be done in the shop). The fix on the kitchen sink last night did not work, and now the ceiling is leaking. I am starting to hate metal roofing - never ever had a leak with asphalt shingles in any house I have lived in, and this has been a pain for all the years we've lived here. I have patched and gooped every possible entry point and still have not been able to find where the water is coming in. Sigh...

My Mom was pretty stoic when it came to injuries, ..If you still had two good arms and stumps for legs..and you could drag yourself to your destination,...you were fine.

Wish I had known your mom. I think we would have been great friends. We obviously have/had similar attitudes.

Sun's up so off yer buns...

Pretty crazy game last night, very entertaining. It's a nice football appetizer to start this weekends games.
