Good Mornin' / G'Night Tree Fam!
Well, PG&E was out here last night, but the electrical issue is on the "customer side". Since these are rentals, the management company needs to send an electrician. Highly unlikely they will on a Sunday, however they should as 17 units are without power until Monday at the soonest.
I was debating on having an electrician come out and then getting reimbursed, but the management company is

, so that's a gamble I'm not willing to make.
The owner is a nice guy, and would be cool, but he stepped out of the picture awhile back and not sure it would be appropriate to involve him.
Unless, I decide to go to a friends house or coffee shop, I must save my phone battery and data. Catch y'all later...
