Such beautiful and handsome kids and adults we have in this thread! WOW!! The love of my life and his mommy. This was Halloween last year. He was an onion. Really a minion but he couldn't say it so he said he was an onion.

Was feeling silly last night and was cruising through the photo archives to see whose/what pics I could post without really giving away a lot (as if me with a stupid chicken on my head hasn't already told everyone all my "babies" are spoiled rotten and I let them get away with far too much). Anyway, found this one of me on my sixth birthday (1955) and wondered if this wasn't a dire warning that in another 50-60 years, I really would have to be a cow-boy. Of course, today I wouldn't be caught dead in that outfit.

In the same park area where the dragon trees grow, there are a series of bent over pines. These make great places to hang dripping wetsuits.

I have NO photographs of myself that I am embarrassed to show anyone. I do understand peoples reluctance, however.

The people you show might be W. C, Fields or Teddy Roosevelt.. They might not be of yourself.

Ditto with the trees.. General Sherman Redwood...Any loved photo will do. Just something

Privacy? Since I am self-employed, my business relies heavily on my name and pics of me. I also work in the public eye. There can be no privacy for me.

Further (and get your tinfoil hats ready), I don't think in this day and age that there is anything remotely resembling privacy even available. I mean, Google Earth can zoom in enough that you can often make out make and model of vehicles. And, that's the public version. No telling what the gubmint can do with the classified version of their satellite photos. To be private in this day and age, a person would have to move into a cave in the middle of a dead zone (Chernobyl, anyone?) and cut off all contact with everything and everyone. Imagine that... a cave without wifi. Sheesh!

Just Google Shawn Hoefer some time. I'm everywhere! Interestingly enough, there is another Shawn Hoefer out there... his middle initial is B. That's not me

That's kinda funny, Shawn. If you Google "Rich Amber," you'll get about a millions hits of beer, jewelry, furniture (everything with a rich amber color) and I am on about page 100, for a facebook page I never made.

thanks! he was with DIL and her dad and dads girlfriend on a dolphin watching trip or some such. since the GF owned the tour company he got to be "the captain" and that's the hat he insisted on lol.

I think this is the best pic of the boys Ive seen all day.
