Thank you........I also have a hard time when I hear chainsaws going...........I feel the pain..........but I was thinking that you would be the same way and do what needs to be done only if it's the only way(including asking permission from said plant/tree).........
Well don't work too hard and enjoy the day...

I talk to the trees on my property every single day (seriously). I try to stay in touch with the Spirit of everything around me. As you can see from the photo below (today's harvest), all these trees have been long dead (see the rotten look of the cores of a few of them?). That was all cut, by the way, not with the big Husqvarna shown in previous pictures, but that little Poulan WoodShark 14" on the tailgate. Kind of like the difference between a Harley motorcycle(thump thump roar) and a Suzuki (ring ding ding).

@Fuzzy Thunderbear you must be 260 years old with all the things you have done or I have not been able to live life yet.

To me, it is all about life choices. I have an insatiable desire to learn, which requires that I get off my couch and go places and do things - to taste life to its fullest. I am only 66 years old (OK 66.66) but, if the cows and chickens hadn't nailed my feet to the farm, I'd still be running around the world. Hey, enter a contest - you might win a trip to Hawaii. Instead of a new mod, buy a tank of gas and go somewhere. Find a friend who likes the same things you like and you'll have a partner in your quest. That could be a woman or a male friend. Taste everything... did you know that Taco Bell is NOT Mexican food? If you ever get to Mexico, you will find out that they don't eat that crap. Try a Chinese food restaurant in Chinatown (whether San Francisco or Vancouver, BC or...) and you'll discover that the Chinese food we eat is not even close to real Chinese food. Once something inspires you to go someplace other than "here" (or the video arcade), you might find additional inspiration to go on the next journey and the next. Life is not about one single destination; it's the journey that counts. And only you can make the choices.

Evening Everyone. I have kinda been like @LynnNC the last couple of day. Just seem to be in a rut lately and staying in bed as much as possible. It just might be the time of year, days get a little shorter, a little cooler, I think it does affect people. Never worry, there's always a home here in the treehouse......

Even in Hawaii, with a hundred thousand tourists everywhere you look, I always managed to find a place no one else went to. Oh, and more rocks... imagine that.

Finally home from the hospital. Wifey's procedure went well, the Dr did find something that may of been causing the issue she's been having and put her on a new medication, we'll see how that goes. I have to start keeping a record of her pulse every day, I'm not sure if it might cause it to lower or raise but I need to make sure it stays normal.

NICE ! ! ! Won't that be GREAT if the medication works . . .

Evening/Morning Tree Folks...
I got unexpected visitors from out of town last night...
After asking them to pick up a coupla pizzas on their way in ..we all stayed up way too late watching Frozen ...
Company left today and continued on their way.
...and then the SUN even made a brief appearance!!
Man, Fall is crazy!
I have alot of posts to catch up on...but it's also bedtime.

Meeting ended at 9:15pm and I got home at 10pm. It would be nice if I was one of those people who could just pop in the bed, right when I get home, and fall asleep. Nope, way past my bedtime and still unwinding...
Tomorrow morning will be brutal, but I can sleep when I'm dead right?

Was a hectic day - had a few actual work things to take care of this morning, then had to get my stuff ready for the meeting, went to that for almost 2 hours, got back to the office and took care of a couple things that came out of the meeting, then the boss came by and yakked at us for way too long - ate up most of what was left of the work day and it was time to get out.

I did my part today for getting registered it the placement system - now HR has to send it all to the main HR in San Diego (might have to have Count silently remove some folks if they get on my bad side) and they are the ones to put it all into the actual system so they can find a position for me. From what they told me today, it'll probably be over a week before they get all that done - has always bugged me that they take their time doing anything but when they need something from us it has to be right away.

Hoping to get picked up for a position in Indianapolis - been communicating with the guy in charge there. He wants to get me there and there's a couple people that I've worked with before. Don't want to go but that's the lesser of the evils at this point.

@Amlowe I cant wait for your juice to get to you! Ive got vapetree juice headed to my house too so we will both have reviews to do lol...mine will be surprise flavors lol which makes it even more fun for me!
