While this is also Orygun (Smith Rocks), the girl is someone I knew when I worked in Grand Canyon and she stopped by to see us on her way through, so I showed her the local sights.
It is indeed. I'd say "thank you" too, but I no longer live there or claim Orygun as my home state (even though I was born and raised there). Water under the bridge. Sigh. Wish I could go back for the beauty and adventures, but it has been so thoroughly Californicated that I wouldn't be able to tolerate their politics now.

Be careful out there!10/26 - 3: What a day, boss sent me out of town again alone, and the fixtures were very heavy. Shoulders and upper back hurt.

So after much thought I tossed my keys to my boss, told him I wasn't working over again, and walked out. Start my new job Monday, but just excited to have a mini vacation before I start.

Late night Check in as usual. Hmmmm I never seem to get past #1 on post count lol. had a few hours of Alone time tonight, but no peace and quiet. Been raining for 2 days and my furbaby Gracie kept whinning to go out for potty. open the door and she was nope still raining. this went on about every 5-10 min with her thinking weather changed after about 3hrs she could hold no more and went on out in the rain. That is the one thing I love about her. She dont like cold and rain but if it gets to point she cannot wait any longer she will Not go in the house. she will brave the weather. Mom's B.Day tomorrow. Hope everyone has been having great days and nights

The earlier tire issue reminded me I once heard - those little valve core remover tools can come in very handy - just loosen it enough so there's a very slow leak, they'll put air in the tire but it slowly leaks again - they can check the tire but they find that it's good. Have heard that it's been known to cause frustration for the victim.

Enjoy the mini vacation and have fun with the new job.
There have been many times I wanted to throw stuff at my bosses but it's usually something heavier and/or sharper than keys.
